This place was clean. I ordered a vegetable bowl and did NOT have to ask for more vegetables. I originally asked for enough vegetables and got it. The man making the food understood the assignment! I wish it was that easy at other Yoshinoyas but it’s not.

They give you thr smallest portions of everything. I ordered 2 combo plates. With brown rice/veggies/2 proteins. I was given white rice covered in sauce to look brown. There was barely any rice for one of the plates so I told them about it but they refused to give me a decent portion or at least make it equivalent to the other plate. I also ordered orange chicken and I got 4 pieces so I questioned that and was told that Yoshinoya has a portion ratio they can’t exceed 6 pieces so she gave me 2 more pieces. The Teriyaki chicken was also shorted it was even an full portion of thigh meats or whatever they chop up so I questioned that and was given a cup more. Why did 8 have to go behind them and check anything? What did they mean you only get 6 orange chicken pieces? And why did they disguise the white rice with brown sauce when I asked for brown rice. Couldn’t they have told me they did or didn’t have any brown rice? This place always has extremely long lines with only 1 person working the register. The wait time is usually an average of 25 minutes that’s from order to waiting time to receiving your order. This is totally ridiculous!!!!

Food isn’t bad. Customer service isn’t bad. But it’s sad to see the manager act so rude to the employees. She shouldn’t be a manager, very demeaning to the poor employees.

In the mood for the regular chicken bowl but requested xtra veggies instead of rice and got them. Food was hot and on point. It seems to be a brand new store but it was a little dirty. Jose provided fast and friendly service.

The service used to be very good by a chance left Hispanics cashier and older ladies. The new young cashiers are rude and have no customer service skills. Tried to order clam chowder and rudely said we don’t have you have to wait 25 minutes. Use to be a very good Yoshinoya location but quality of service has been getting worse by the day.

Adult-Children shouldn’t work. These kids probably don’t have real responsibilities that’s why they work as if they don’t need the job. Ignoring customers??!!! Wow. It sad that management don’t want to hire older people bc of their age but they don’t realize that the older folks work better. They have families to feed and real responsibilities—not just a car note, if even that, like these kids working here at yoshinoya. Not coming back here again will drive to the other one with better service. Thank you
