I know this brand because I lived in Japan for a long time. It’s not the taste of mainland Japan, but eating the original gyudong today reminded me of the old days. The conclusion is not bad. I think it’s an American style. Possible to visit next time.

There is no problem with the food at all. It is all the same delicious taste that is expected for a Yoshinoya. My main concern was that the service was not pleasant at all. I was going to fill up a reusable water bottle with water after I ordered my meal and the cashier yailled at me with a very mean time of voice staying I couldn’t do that and I asked why I couldn’t get water and they said because it’s not one of their cups. Even though I was just getting water. When I asked for a water cup he said “there”

Yoshinoya definitely stepping up their game. They have a new extra large bowl. Before I would always get a combination bow but I would have to add a side of beef because the bowl was not enough for me. However this new extra large bowl hits the spot.

Food is not being cooked at temperature. Management is not being responsible for food being cooked at right temperature. Causing customers to get sick and ill.

Swung by this place early afternoon today and liked to have a quick bite; the place was like deserted with only two customers on a beautiful Saturday; contrary to the weather, the staff girl looked gloomy and half awake, I already smelled the hint of an awkward conversation looming; I’d like to have a large fish, no rice, substituting with veggie, she tried to charge me $15; I responded I used to pay around $11.50; she countered if I liked a small one instead; guess she neither bother to clarify nor listen; I knew any more back and forth would be futile with a human robot; I just walked out, driving to their sister branch few blocks down in Santa Fe Springs and paid the amount I used to pay without surprise!

My go to dish the large beef bowl. Always delicious and never disappointed. Heading back to Pennsylvania so this will be my last Yoshinoya Beef bowl for awhile. 🙁

Helpful staff, reasonable prices, satisfactory food. They offered clam chowder and it wasn’t bad for fast food, though a little too salty for me however. The Chicken Teriyaki was good and if you buy an XL bowl, they give you the vegetables on the side. I may go back, if given the opportunity. I went out of my way to go to this location because it was rated higher on Yelp

I usually go to one by my house, but went here while visiting my mom. We both got large bowls with skinless teriyaki chicken. Everything was great! Fast service, friendly and helpful staff, clean dining room and generous portions. They only disappointment was that they didn’t offer brown rice as some locations do, but in no way takes away from a great experience.
