I’ll only have to imagine they do pizza right. I was in the mood for a little pasta and in the neighborhood so I thought to give them a shot. The meatball marinara bowl was just ok. Oddly, one couldn’t get a piece of bread here. Service was very attentive and friendly. Slow time of day so it would have been nice to have sat down to a clean and crumb-free booth without taking into my own hands. The gelato was a nice palate cleanser. No complaints, just observations.

I ordered a 4 item pizza to go. We got it home and the toppings only came halfway to the crust….there literally where what I’d say were easily half of what should have been on there. Any store can have a bad night. I did notice the young girl putting toppings on other people’s pizza was being extremely meager with ingredients. Seriously

Horrible last few experiences. I’m guessing there’s a new manager. The last time I went, I placed an online order and showed up 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. I asked about it and was told they were in the oven and would be out in 5-10 minutes. 1 HOUR LATER my pizza finally comes out. No real apology or anything from the staff. Unbelievable.

This place has to be one of the worst run restaurant operations in Roswell. Three separate times I’ve placed online orders with 45 minute lead times to order readiness only to arrive at the store and find that they are “backed up” and another 45 minutes is required to actually cook my order. An hour and a half from order placement to receiving food is insane! It’s pizza that takes maybe 5 minutes to cook in an oven. Everyone behind the counter looks like they have no idea what they’re doing and there is no organization or system in place. It’s chaos. This last time I simply left and lost my money because I could not stomach waiting again.

Concept is fantastic, location is great. However, this place is lacking all other aspects of a decent establishment. Lettuce in my salad was completely browned, likely sitting in the fridge for multiple days. Pizza is underwhelming and certainly not worth any more than $10. Your money is best spent elsewhere.

Poor quality pizza. We took a Large margarita. The tomato sauce was really sour almost inedible. We ended up leaving it and eating somewhere else. The pizza was’t that large. You could get a better quality pizza for the same price or cheaper somewhere else. I wouldn’t recommend and will not come back.

We LOVE the food here, but the delivery system is embarrassingly flawed. Ordered a gluten free pizza, and the restaurant set it up to be delivered by Uber. When we received someone else’s very gluteny pizza, the restaurant said we could sort it out through Uber, which is impossible, as I didn’t use my Uber account. Now we’ve waited 1.5 hours for a pizza we can’t eat and there’s no way to get reimbursed. Uber driver even said she double checked with them that it was the correct pizza. Definitely eat here, because the pizza is delicious– but dine in or pick up only. So disappointed.

My family loves coming here, especially the kids. They love to play with the leftover dough from the kids pizza and the gelato and I like a fresh pizza 🙂 Wednesday nights are trivia night and that’s fun too! They’ve also done spirit nights for our elementary school PTA 🙂
