I had a wonderful experience here while grabbing my to-go order today. The reason is mainly due to an employee named Hannah. I had stopped across the street to grab two coffees at Coffee Camper before picking up my pizza. When I arrived, and Hannah was handing me my to-go box, she noticed me trying to hold one of the coffees between my arm and body. She offered me a bag for the pizza and even brought a cup holder for the drinks that I did not order from there. All while doing so, she kept up a pleasant conversation with me. It’s rare to see such customer service nowadays, and I was quite impressed.

Never left a review before but worst service i have ever received. Entire staff was not working leaving the poor young man who seemed new to make & cook my pizza. Entire staff was the laziest i have ever witnessed in my years in Monroe. Shame on the employees and shame shame shame on the negligent owner. This happened on 8/30 at 8 PM

My family has been coming here since it opened. Has always been awesome food and great service. The last two times it has been awful with a completely new crew. Not sure who trained the new hires, but they move in slow motion and clearly no leadership or communication. They were all just standing around. I know it’s nice to get extra toppings, but too much can make for a pizza that is not cooked all the way through and is soggy. The gelato was disgusting and melted like soup and they look at you like why are you asking if it is melted. I hope they can pull it back together or they are going to continue to lose a lot of customers

I have come to this location numerous times and this is the location that actual introduced me to “Your Pie.” Nonetheless, this will be my LAST time coming to this location!!!! I came to pick up my pizza, it wasn’t cooked well done like I requested. They placed it back in the oven. When it was time to come out the oven, the worker had the hardest time removing the pizza from the pan and she needed 3 other people to come assist! Okay cool. I get the pizza, it was not cut throughly at all. I had to take a knife and cut it myself. When I finally did eat a few slices, it was alright but now I have diarrhea from the pizza! My stomach is turning and it hurts so bad. I practically live on the toilet. Then to add insult to injury, I keep calling to receive a refund, no answer. I’m not sure if the ingredients were old or what but if you want an undercooked pizza and a stomach bug/diarrhea this Your Pie is definitely for you!!!!

Since changing owners, this location has steadily declined in cleanliness and efficiency, as well as quality of food. There were 10+ employees working today and the entire restaurant was filthy. Most of the kids “working” were just standing around. I also wanted to ask the person making pizzas if they’d ever seen a pizza before; it was abysmal. Likely won’t return for a while.

This was a spontaneous trip since the pizza place I usually go to was too busy….I’m so glad this happened….. Pizza was so delicious, the service was fast, I could watch them prepare and bake my Pizza and the people working there were all so sweet !! I’ll be back and this might become my go-to Pizza place

Placed order at 9:47 well before opening for 11:30 pick up and paid for it. Got there at 11:23 and asked, they had to look, it was still on the printer. Finally got it at quarter of 12. I asked about the size because i had paid for a 14″, was told that was it. Got home and laid a measuring tape on it, 10″. Cost $22.46 and i could have gotten 2 10″ lunch pizzas with meats for $8 or 9 bucks a piece.
