Placed a delivery order tonight that came extremely late and our food was cold and not edible but Miss Jayne took the time to call us, ask about our order, and replaced it free of charge. I was invited by Ms. Kelly to try out at ‘Your Pie Pizza” and I finally managed to do so! I was pleasantly surprised and thrilled about their fantastic customer service and Food and also Gelato corner! Ms. Kelly and Team are incredible, I will definitely be back again.

The staff their is amazing and are always helpful and nice but they made some changes to the inside. They used to have some 6 seater booths that allowed for privacy that were back to back. Now moved them in a row on the wall with normal chairs on the other side. You now have to sit next to random people. We liked it a lot more when they booths were more secluded, along with most of the people we talked to about it.

FYI, I update my Google reviews and star ratings per visit. 5/24/23: I stopped going to Europe 5 few years ago, mostly because of their small sized pizzas. I started going again when they came out with the 14″. I think the most General thing I can say is that they are inconsistent. I have gotten probably half a dozen 14″ pies since I started going back. Several have been very good, both custom and the Buffalo Chicken. That said, to many times these have been undercooked, sloppily assembled, or light on ingredients. Tonight was that night for the trifecta+; undercooked, sauce and cheese not anywhere close to the edges, gaps in the cheese, and looks like they went light on the toppings, and huge crust bubbles, no cheese or sauce on those parts. 14″ pizza size, 11 3/4″. This was not even close to a $20 pie. Disappointed. The same pie I got last week, top 5 in the 10 years I’ve been back in GA after living in RI where they know how to make a respectable pie. I’ll likely go back once more to try it again, but will surely deliver some expectations and check before I leave. A $10 frozen pizza from Publix would have beat tonight’s from YP.

Ordered pasta & salad through Door Dash. The pasta never made it into the oven. It was ice cold, there was no heat or warmth. None of the ingredients were baked just cold pasta, pesto, veggies & cheese in an aluminum pan.

We come here every Sunday evening and place an online mobile order. It’s always on point, hot and fresh and ready to go. We actually live a little closer to the one in Monroe coming from Gratis. It’s worth the additional 5 min to support one of the best your pies out there.
