We were traveling through on the way back to TN and wanted some green chile stew. Everything we ordered was delicious. We loved it so much we went back for breakfast the next day before continuing home. Green chile stew, cheese curds—best I’ve had with a tempura-like breading, burrito with carne adobada, enchiladas, ribeye, the best french fries ever, then the next day we had a breakfast burrito, breakfast enchiladas, breakfast ribeye, and oh my goodness the huge fluffy pancakes! There was nothing we tried that wasn’t absolutely delicious. This is a somewhat hidden gem that’s worth a short detour off I-40 if you’re passing through and want to avoid Albuquerque traffic. If I’m ever passing through again, I’ll definitely stop here.

Terrible! One of the most disappointing and poorly made restaurant meals I’ve had in a while. The “cheese curds” weren’t cheese curds. They were pieces of mozzarella in an extremely soggy and undercooked breading. I could taste the batter they were dipped in because they were still WET from it! And they changed $10 for about six small pieces of that abomination. The roast beef sandwich was extremely dry and had a strange taste. The aujus was extremely salty and had no other flavor than pure salt. There was only one table of people dining on a Friday night. That should have been a warning, but I like to support small business and I rarely leave bad reviews. A meal has to be pretty awful for me to speak against a small business.

The French Toast was delicious! The atmosphere was quite nice and our server Simone was without Peer! I would highly recommend this restaurant and I’ll be returning soon. Oh, and they are in the process of getting a liquor license. A beer with my burger sounds wonderful!

This is actually a 10 star restaurant. Food & everything was fantastic! The flavor of everything was phenomenal. We had the Mountain breakfast with a blue berry pancake. Even the coffee was fantastic!

Don’t pass this one by! Excellent all the way around. They know the locals and are welcoming to those passing through. The bathrooms are spotless. Simone waited on us and was great with her timing for drinks and checking on us. My hamburger with melted cheddar, mushrooms, and onion was divine. My partner said, “It’s tough to mess up a hambuger.” Oh contraire! I reminded him of the lesser hamburgers of my past. He ordered chicken tacos and said they were good, not great. Might I suggest the hamburger?!! The prices were reasonable. I would definitely return. Thank you Simone!

This is a hidden gem worth making the detour off the 40 for. I was passing through needing lunch and a place to do some work. This was the best spot. Got the cheese curds, burger and the homemade pie! Everything was great and the staff was awesome.

The place was cute and the service was excellent, however, the food was ehhh….scrambled eggs were not cooked right, hasbrowns were not hash browns and the maple sausage had no flavor! My coffee was really watered down with no flavor. The only thing here that we actually enjoyed was the from scratch pancakes.
