Visited this location with 6 friends last weekend. It was busy and we were seated quickly. Our orders came out promptly. Only had one issue with a patty melt order not being hot enough as required by one of my friends. The sandwich was returned and a fresh one was made. The new sandwich was hot enough and you could see the difference. The outdoor patio area was full. I would return to this location!

Staff speaks negativity about patrons coming in to dine . The Male server made inappropriate comments about a female server management present and said nothing and chimed in with innapropriate comments as well. Food is dry, and the burger was bland and tasteless. Price point is more about the area than the food way too much for simple food.

Hair was found in my food. When I brought it to the attention of the manager, Chris, he offered to replace the item, but never offered an apology for serving debris. The waitress “Jazzman”(her spelling not mine) was horrible. Her attitude was rude and curt, her fingers were touching the food on the plate- gross! When I complained about the hair and her attitude to Chris, Jasmine was brazen and came and stood right next to me as I was complaining to the manager. This demonstrates that the animals are in charge of the zoo. No thanks! Paid our bill and suggest that you too should stay away. SOLON

Love this place overall in multiple locations. The solen location is particularly nice because of the outside options for seating. The food will get five stars if there were some official vegan options noted on the menu but the staff is more than willing to do what they can to meet my dietary needs so I do appreciate that. Still has the best fresh squeezed orange juice in town! We sat outside today and it was lovely a little chilly but the fire pit kept my back warm! Yours truly is a regular place for me and my husband to eat breakfast anytime of the day.

Yours Truly serves the BEST and fluffiest pancakes!!!!! The portions are incredibly generous and the pancakes are so soft and tender and thick. The service was very good as well and the restaurant was so kid-friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast here and went back a couple of times during our time in Cleveland.

This is my favorite location for Yours Truly and its always most of the time very good, serve in a timely manner and the servers check back with you to see if you’re okay. The menu has a nice large selection for you to choose from. Starting with breakfast, lunch and dinner.

generally provides an inviting dining experience at each location. This time around the service was thirdrate due to our server’s inattentive nature. The dining aspect furthermore was pretty well. I enjoyed an m&m omelette, scrambled , a Belgian waffle , chicken tenders and a strawberry milkshake. Great food.

This is a great local chain breakfast, lunch and dinner place and you can get all three anytime. We go here a lot after dropping our kid off at school and it’s always good. Now keep in mind I’m speaking only about the Solon location as some of the other ones can be, well, less than average. The staff here are all fantastic and the food is always consistently good. Is it fine dining? No but it always satisfies and that’s worth the stars.
