Let me start with a positive note. This place has good customer service. The restaurant itself is pretty. The food is very average for the price. The baked lobster was the worst roll I have had. My daughter in law said her salmon ( uncooked) roll was ok. The spicy mayo is terrible it is over powered by the Sriracha sauce they use in it. I was super disappointed in the chicken and rice bowl we got for the grandkid. Way way over priced for the amount of food in the bowl. On 4/23/23 I gave this place a second chance. Big mistake. I spent over $70 on 5 different orders. But I’m going to talk about the most upsetting item I got today. I ordered a baked lobster roll which wasn’t a roll at all. It was dry hard and tasted awful. I even called them to tell them about my experience and they were not offering to fix the issue. I’m never going to this place again and I hope you save yourself a headache and find somewhere else to go.

Finally came in and ate here and I am glad we did. The food was outstanding. Everything we had at our table was perfect and looked great. Our server was friendly but like everywhere these days they are understaffed which led to drinks not being refilled and waiting long periods of time between food coming out. Appetizers were out with our food and not before. The one major complaint I had in Herr was the temperature. They are trying to cool the small building with roll around evaporative coolers that put off almost no cool air. Since the kitchen is centered in the restaurant it just makes for am absolute swamp. Sushi was delicious, started with the spicy tuna roll it had plenty of fish followed with the Rainbow roll the presentation was amazing couldn’t resist ordering the Paradise roll without a doubt a must have finished with a Toto roll topped with Ono and Tuna! Fish was fresh service was good.

Great service and the fish was so fresh and delicious! The chef even asked me a couple of questions to make sure I got exactly what I wanted, since I had requested some changes to the roll. This place compares with sushi places I’ve been to in major cities, yet it’s in the desert! Highly recommend!
