The food is really good. The service is good. But, this is the first time that we have eaten IN the restuarant since Covid. It was good until the owners son showed up late to work. That’s when it turned unpleasant. The Mother was in the kitchen and started yelling at her son (in chinese) for all the world to hear. Through the WHOLE meal!!! It made us uncomfortable. And the waiter as well. He apologized to us for her ranting.

First off I think this place had* the best take-out I’ve ever eaten, that being said IT IS THE MOST EXPENSIVE TAKEOUT ON THE PLANET!! And not even sure but the price changes randomly it us to be about $65 for 2 entrees and a soup idk what in the world made it that expensive when the same amount of food at any other takee-outee would only cost HALF that amount! And that brings me to tonight!! Against my better judgment I returned and now the price has gone up ten dollars??did the food grow? Do I get any “extras”?? Nope.!! Got the General Tso’s Tofu. Tofu cubes were very large, so center was still pretty soft. Sauce didn’t permeate into the tofu, so largely flavorless. Broccoli serving size was smaller than expected. Paid ~$15 for what would typically be a $10 meal in most places I’ve been.

Wacky place. You place orders and they tell you a 60 minute wait. Even during odd hours. You arrive 60 minutes later and wait 10 more. This has happened to me on multiple occasions. The food is actually really good. But the service is slow and awkward. And the prices are absurd.

I was really craving some good Asian food but I wanted something very flavorful and spicy. I wanted something I hadn’t ordered before and saw the “Hello Chicken”! It sounded really good but wasn’t spicy. I asked that they make it spicy for me and to add some fresh ginger. Hoping for the best. I was not disappointed. It was fresh sweet and tangy pineapple, peppers, and chicken. The added spice and ginger put that right over the top. They should offer it that way on the menu because this dish needs spice and ginger! I will be ordering Spicy Hello Chicken again! YUM!

Yuen’s Garden has the BEST Chinese food in the area! Not buffet style. Food is made to order and the portions are large for a good price. Wait times are worth it knowing it’s all freshly cooked, just for you. This place is owned and operated by a local family who works so hard, and you can taste the love in every dish! They have something for everyone’s taste. I come here every time I’m in Meadville and I love it!

Picked up take out and realized when I went to eat the chicken it was uncooked and I called and explained that the chicken was raw looking and was told to bring it back and when I arrived; I was argued with that I said the broccoli was black but I clearly stated over and over again about why I brought the chicken back and not just the broccoli. she was very rude and stormed into the back and started yelling and sent someone else out and claimed they were remaking the food and I said I just wanted a refund and was refused one because she said no refund.
