This is easily the best sushi I’ve ordered since I moved to Bushwick almost 2 years ago. It’s so, so good. Andromeda crispy rice is fire. Orion roll with the torched salmon is also incredible (I ate it too fast to take a pic.) Nebula roll is fresh and delicious. I tried the Moshi sparkling yuzu unsweetened and it’s the absolute perfect flavor for me. Slightly tart and so citrusy and light. This place is 10/10 and definitely my new go-to for sushi!

This is the best Sushi Place I’ve been to in Brooklyn (and believe me there are a lot of great places). Their special sushis like the Spider Roll, the Nebula rolls are delicious but what took the crown for me the the Andromeda Crispy Roll, it is an absolute MUST.

Nestled in the heart of Bushwick, Braulio’s Sushi restaurant is a true masterpiece. Aptly named “Yugen,” which means “the beauty of the universe” in Japanese, this place has an astrology theme that can make even the staunchest skeptic believe in the power of the stars. Everyone loves the “Orion roll,” filled with flavorful shrimp tempura and torched salmon wrapped in delicate soybean paper. A must-try is their famous “crispy rice” dish. The “Scorpio” crispy rice has been fried until crispy, then topped with either fish or crab tartar (or mushroom for our vegan friends). It’s especially delightful, making it the ultimate star of the restaurant.

On recommendation from the clerk, I ordered the vegetarian cup which was tasty if a bit too sweet for me. $8.71 + $1 tip. It was the size of a medium sized soup cup. Just enough of a snack to tide me over until dinner. This place seems very clean which is a plus. The service was quick and friendly.

We are SO excited to have found this place yesterday on Caviar. We stopped ordering sushi to go in Brooklyn because the quality never met our expectations – we have been to some of the best sushi spots in NYC. I ordered over $100 of sushi last night bc the menu was excellent and they had such great reviews. Everything was packaged perfectly and so delicious. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

Delightful experience. All types of sushi and other plates for all types of palates. California rolls with sesame seeds were amazing. The fried rice is flavorful and everything was fresh. Found my new sushi spot 🙂
