After 2 years of not buying from here due to a bad experience, (their yukis had a weird chemical-like after taste) I decided maybe it was one bad experience maybe give this place another shot and I ordered for delivery. I cash apped, and nobody showed up after I was told they were on their way to my place to drop off the snacks. I did not get my refund that day after being told I was, and I went days messaging them to get my money back and nothing. Five days later, they finally replied, they told me what time they’d open and if I wanted to I could still get my stuff delivered as soon as they opened. I said okay fine, I was told they’d open at 4 or 5. I had to reach out to them an hour after they ‘opened’ they told me sorry we opened just now at 7 we’ll be on our way we shouldn’t take long. They did not show up again at all that day, and left my messages on read. They did not work with me at all until I blasted them on fb and told them I was gonna get the cops involved. They had the audacity to say it’s not like we didn’t reply to you. Lol They offered me the snacks I wanted for free in the end and my $20 bucks back as soon as they made the money. I went to go get the snacks, one of them had a slight weird taste that would go away after more sips and I got $8 bucks back on my cash app probably cuz I witnessed a girl buying snacks next to me cuz by the time I went they “didn’t have any customers” to give me my money, but I go and they had people in and out lol Two days later, I haven’t received the rest of my money back. These people are scammers. Another girl reached out to me through messenger saying she was also scammed by them a year ago and they like to use sob story excuses. Will definitely not purchase from here again.
