First time visiting. This place is a hidden jewel. Was recommended by a friend. The crab cakes was recommended as well. My husband and I ordered the crab cakes, the Southwest egg rolls, the fried shrimp plate and the boiling pot with potatoes, corn and sausage. Everything was delicious. The atmosphere was great if you don’t mind a few flies, but that’s only because of the location. It’s located on the water, but we enjoyed it. We were a bit over dressed. You could wear shorts and a t shirt to this place. We met Yul and he was very pleasant. He and my husband had a great conversation. We will be visiting again.

Very casual and relaxed. Various items on the menu that are only seasonally available (i.e. crawfish). Beautiful views of the bay from the porch. Got 2 beers and the boiled basket of shrimp. It was on point with good flavor and shrimp was cooked perfectly. Fairly large portion as well. A lot of big things are coming relatively soon with this place. Also will be able to watch football with plenty of tvs.

We ordered fried pickles ($8) crawfish plate (18.50) the plate came with 1 corn and 2 red potatoes and the wife ordered a strawberry margarita ($8). The fried pickles were spot on. Perfect crunch. The crawfish plate was not as good. Corn must have been delicious. My 2 year old ate it all by herself. The potatoes didn’t really have any seasoning flavor and neither did the crawfish. The crawfish tasted watered down with absolutely no flavor. No salt or spicy. The strawberry margarita either had no alcohol or very little in it. Wasn’t that good. The staff was friendly and the place was clean

Heard good things about this place. I must have went on a bad day because the crawfish tasted watered down. No flavor. Lots of small ones. I didn’t even finish my 3lb platter. I dislike crawfish places that aren’t consistent with their flavor. Oyster poboy was decent though.

My wife and I arrived by jetski around the back side of Yul’s on a Friday afternoon in July. The dock to the North is very well protected and well built. There is a lot of room there as well. They also have a dock to the south that faces the channel. We walked up the wheel chair ramp and were greeted when we stepped inside. We ordered an appetizer, the bang bang shrimp. When it arrived, the shrimp were pretty small, but there were plenty of them and they were very good. Especially for the price. The beer was cold and my wife as pleased with her Mojito. The atmosphere at Yul’s is not inside the building but rather the location where the restaurant is…it is a great place to stop for a drink or grab lunch if you enjoy being by the water. There is plenty of piers within walking distance and also a boat launch. The dock we tied up at even had a kayak launching pad. We will be returning.

I have been here for food and had no issues. Had the smoked Hamburger. Very tasty. We pulled up in our boat and had Frozen drinks only. Service was quick and friendly. Beautiful day and enjoyed it
