No wait on a Sunday. Good size parking lot in the back with another larger one across from their parking lot. The food came out quickly. Everything was good. I was surprised by how much I liked their radish cake. Taro buns were a good ratio. My only dislike was the jellyfish (texture was good, taste was subpar)

Would give 4.5 stars if I could. Went with a group of 4 a little after 11am on Christmas eve. Really liked the decor and setup of the place, perhaps slightly more upscale than many dim sum places. Order from the menu, not carts. Some dishes that stood out as very good were the spicy lamb buns, pan fried daikon cake, and the dry beef chow fun. Soup dumplings were slightly above average and most of the other dumplings we tried we average. Staff was pleasant and overall it was a very nice dim sum.
