I can honestly say I didn’t expect the quality of a food truck serving sushi to be anywhere near where it was. This little hole in the wall in the center of Wellington is absolutely deserving of not only a 5 star review but a ton of recognition. The specialty (9-10$) and deep fried rolls (7-8$) are genuinely massive and delicious and even the basic rolls (4-6$) are filling and yummy . My recommendation, as a fat women, get a specialty roll and a basic roll and you are VERY full. The customer service was simply incredible, while we were eating the chef came out and gave us free bottles water since he thought we would need it. Great customer service and wonderful food!

I will have to say this is the worst meal I have had in 5 years, it really had 0 flavor in the rice or chicken the only part that had any flavor was the 4 pieces of shrimp. Most good hibachi I have had in past has had extremely flavorful rice or noodles and bit of spice. The chicken are large chunks of chicken, that tasted like steamed. the only seasoning you get out of the meal is the yum yum sauce in small container. I would tell you to stay away and go to Wichita or any other restaurant. I could have got 10 times the flavor driving to other side of town to the Chinese restaurant.
