Our server was literally the NICEST guy in the entire world. He looks like he genuinely loves what he does. He didn’t have a problem with my daughter *7 months old* finding her voice in the restaurant lol the hostess was also very nice! Making sure our daughters car seat was adjusted on the baby seat correctly. Very very great place. We ordered a fancy drink and it was delicious! The food was AMAZING and not expensive at all 100/10 recommend. Yummi crab is our new spot! I wish I took a picture of the food!

Showed up at 8:50 was asked if I wanted to place a Togo order or dine in.. I replied dine in and then was told we couldn’t dine in as it was to close to closing time. So I did a Togo order. I got 2 seafood boils and they were amazing!!! I really liked how you could pick and choose what main protein you wanted but it got costly adding extra corns , potatoes, eggs etc as they are about $1.50 each and you only get 1 potato and 1 corn with each meal. Other than that Restaurant was clean staff was friendly.. overall will visit again.

Great food, reasonable prices considering your getting fresh lobster, shrimp,crab, etc. The happy hour 3-6 is worth checking out. Staff was friendly and service was good. We had Cajun shrimp, fries, margarita, boiled corn and cheese sticks which were all delicious. The restaurant is huge and nice with granite bar and plenty of seats for a couples dinner or large party.

My friend and I went here for lunch. I ordered crab and shrimp with potatoes and she ordered shrimp and sausage with potatoes and corn. The crab was good, the shrimp was too, but the best part by far was the potatoes. Take my advice—Once you open your boil bag, break your potatoes into three or four pieces and let them sit on the bottom of your bag. As you eat the other components, the potatoes soak in the broth and spices. I could order a bag of potatoes and be a happy camper! I would have given five stars, but the service was a bit slow and lazy.

Yummi Crab serves the best crab legs of all time. I always order a pound of snow crab with a half pound of shrimp in the Yummi Special seasoning (a combination of garlic butter, lemon pepper and cajun spices) which comes boiled in a bag with complimentary potatoes and corn. The crab is always seasoned & boiled to perfection. The prices are very reasonable, and the service is always fast & friendly.

If I could give this experience 10 stars I would! Finally celebrating my Birthday we chose this as our spot. First thoughts walking in is that it obviously took alot of time to build a restaurant in The Landing that makes you feel like you are at the ocean the wood work was really neat and everything was super clean! Our server Jesse went above and beyond making me a mocktail and it was really REALLY good and very pretty! We got calamari which is the best I have ever had, the legs were ginormous and already ready to tear the plumpest crab out. I can’t remember what it was called basically the sauce with every butter flavor mixed and it was heat… not spicy just ultra savory, yummi ( ), seriously just so unique and amazing on my taste buds. Jesse I would say he was the best server I’ve ever had best server in KC for sure… just one of those right place right time encounters. We went into this place looking to unwind after a long difficult week and left feeling so much better. He was just very kind and accommodating. We will be back. It was a special occasion coming in there tonight and I’m really grateful that we came to Yummi Crab. My daughter loved it so much she drew him a picture she felt really happy after she saw him hang it up. It was a great experience and I’m so happy we went.

This place was fantastic! I love not having to drive into the city to get a good seafood boil… my bf got shrimp and lobster, I got king crab and crawfish, and we split some snow crab. Everything was cooked perfectly and we’ll definitely be returning!

It’s a newly remodeled space so don’t judge by the outside of the older Landing Mall exterior. Super friendly and attentive staff. They take all of the safety precautions with orders like the seafood platter we ordered comes in a plastic bag fresh from the kitchen. Delicious!
