The food was really tasty. The build your own option has too many options to try everything all in one bowl. So be mindful not to overload your bowl. You can mix flavors, but again to many flavors may make the bowl taste weird. My suggestion is to limit to no more then 2 or 3 protiens and 1 or 2 sauces and then load it with your favorit vegetable options for the best flavor profile. I am looking forward to going back and trying many more combinations. I also tried the black dragon sushi roll and octopus and shrimp sushi, all of which was fresh and pleasantly presented. And the miso soup was spot on. All in all a great place to eat. The dinner bowl cost $13.99, but for an extra $4 you can upgrade to all you can eat. However, keep in mind with the all you can eat option you cannot take any leftovers home. Enjoy!

Friendly, polite, helpful staff are informative on the menu and build your own bowl options. The food items all looked and tasted fresh as well as having a diverse variety of toppings from vegetables to meats as well as seasonings and sauces. The water is very enjoyable and doesn’t have any funny taste to it which is very nice for those who like to skip the soda. Coca-cola drinkers beware, this place serves Pepsi. The men’s restroom has a remarkable cleanliness to it which is a definite and positive difference compared to most experiences for any man’s place of business. I am very happy to have such an establishment in the Anderson Town Center and hope the community enjoys another great addition to the culinary scene.
