Have eaten here before cause it’s cheap and the white sauce is really good. Got teriyaki chicken and I have no clue what kind of meat they used but it does not taste or look like chicken. Very chewy and ended up only eating the rice.

I go to this place quiet frequently but after today I am not returning! I ordered Teriyaki chicken, and it was gross! Texture was off and just plain awful! I asked the cashier to switch out and she told me $9.06 for hibachi chicken! Basically I have to buy a whole new entree, not happening! I ate my rice and left! I just refuse to eat something like that doesn’t resemble chicken!

Order my food off of Uber eats. And the meal was was a little offsetting. More importantly, because I ordered that fish for myself, I believe they’re trying to pass off tilapia and salmon. This couldn’t have possibly been a salmon. Not sure what type of fish is.

This is my third time ordering from here and I always get the bento box because of the variety of items. I’ve changed the entree with each order, but the quality of the food has been nothing less of exceptional. Even though I order through a delivery service, my food is always hot and fresh.

Not sure why they’re using “beef” instead of steak for hibachi and teriyaki dishes. The meat they’re using seems like it should be in a pepper steak or beef and broccoli dish from a Chinese restaurant. Whatever kind of beef it is – I became more suspicious with each bite until I finally just threw the plate away. It was fatty and soft – NOT TENDER. That meat could have very well been from a cow, but it would take a million dollars for ME to eat it. Do yourself a favor and go to Bamboo Grille on Elmsley. They use ribeye, and they give you hella food on the plate when you dine in.

I ordered a vegetarian hibachi rice & spring rolls and also got a bug with it. The next day I was a little sick and not feeling well. Sorry but I’ll never order from here again. The presentation was perfect but finding a bug in my food – and then feeling sick the next day – never again.

I’ve eaten here several times but today I’ve had the worst experience here. I waited 30 minutes for my food. Not only that but I asked for them NOT to give me vegetables and they did anyway. The vegetables were hard and very crunchy. As I picked through my food to get the vegetables out. I began eating and pulled a piece of straight hair out of my rice. I am highly disappointed. I lost my appetite and I am throwing the food in the trash! Definitely a waste of money. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYTHING ELSE FROM HERE!!!
