Carry out only, looks like the dining room is permanently closed. Slightly disappointed, but not all bad. Ordered sweet-and-sour chicken meal, the chicken was cooked perfectly. The sauce had too much salt and vinegar for my personal taste. The sweet and sour sauce had no onions, peppers, or pineapple. What ever happened to those being added? This is not the first experience in this area that was like that. Fried rice was fine, just didn’t really have a lot of flavor and had no type of vegetables or bean sprouts or anything. the crab rangoons we ordered were really good. Miso soup was also excellent. The West Coast sushi roll was good but only came in six pieces. Wasn’t enough value for the price. Spring roll was nice and crisp on the outside, but everything was too mushy on the inside for me. I should’ve gotten maybe the eggroll instead. Since moving back to Michigan, it has been dire straits, finding good Americanized Chinese food. Back in the day, my mom and I always went out for Chinese food and it was amazing. What happened over the years? So experience was OK, not the best, but not the worst. Everything was fresh and hot. Order came out right on time.

So sad this time. We usually get the best sushi here. Today was terrible. They said they are never serving beef again and that was disappointing to my husband who’s not a sushi fan. They only serve 3 chicken dishes now. He ordered Orange chicken but got General Tso. Hardly any rice on the roll. We live 2 hours away and look forward to getting food here. Time to find a new place.

The first time we ate there is great, everything was cooked perfectly and tasted fabulous. But this time around, the tempura was not made with tempura flakes, it was breaded like the way you cook it with regular onion rings, it was like eating American deep fried food. The tempura sauce also tasted off. That is not what we’re looking for in a “authentic” Chinese restaurant. The wonton soup was so watered down that there was barely any flavor left. The sushi was good, so I’ll give them that.

Have tried so many chinese restaurants around this area and none are that good imo unfortunately. This place is AMAZING! Not only is the Chinese food good, but their sushi is spectacular as well. Highly recommend the monster roll, I get it without cream cheese and it’s one of my faves. Friendly staff as well, a true gem.

The first time I ordered from here the sushi was amazing. My second order, it was very disappointing because the avocado had black spots all over it and it was so obvious it was bad. I don’t understand how the chef making that thought it was edible or thought it should have been used. I will not be a repeat customer now.
