I got the curry goat, which was very flavorful but had a lot of empty bones. Plantains were different, sweet, and sticky. But part of my order was missing, which was my fault for not checking my bag before I left. Another customer had just complained about their order missing an item. Tasted the fish stew which was delish, going back for that!!

Cheese fufu is fried mushy and swimming in grease. Ogbono tastes super salty vomit taste and a small amount of ground meat. I arrived for pick up and waited 10 minutes while the only customer decided what to order instead of them stepping aside. When she was done, I stepped up, the cashier/owner(?) did not greet me. I said hello and told her my name for pick up. She yelled “no they already picked that up!” And waved her hand at me to move away from the register. I again politely repeated my name and said I ordered for myself online. She again raised her voice and yelled ” no door dash already picked it up!” As she checked the one order on the take out shelf. Then she walked back in the kitchen and I believe saw my name on her tablet. She then started yelling “look lady, I’m swamped right now and I didn’t notify you that your order is ready! Your order is going to be 10 more minutes wait over there! (Empty restaurant) I said ok, she went back in the kitchen, scooped food into the containers and brought the bag out giving me a disgusted look. I said thanks, and she said nothing. This was a $20 meal with 15% tip payed online before pickup.

Service superb! First timer, cashier was so patient and helpful. Offered samples to help me with my decision. Score is based on price, portion of items and atmosphere. Rice covered the entire length of the bowl which was a little too much especially when I expected 2 other sides and protein. Atmosphere too hot for dining in, no air- door was open. I am open to giving another try just because of the customer service experience.

I had to plant based meal twice and it was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t stop eating it both times! The first time I also ordered a curry chicken dinner and the plant based meal blew me away with the chickpeas and sweet potato soup and rice and the plantains. Totally delicious!! The rice was stellar as well. My favorite meal right now ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My friend and I Door Dashed from here a I must say I was really disappointed. The rice taste like it was day old rice that they just heated up bc it was like fried rice instead of jollif rice and the here chicken was so extremely hot that I could barely enjoy it and I love Jamaican food. It also took almost an hour for me to get my food but I wanted to try them out because I have heard mixed reviews about them and wanted to try them for myself. As a foodie I was not impressed and probably will not be ordering from them again.

My girl went there the other day with her friend. She went there to use her coupon that they sent her and the restaurant refused her to use it. The clerk should have had the decency to call her boss to see if their customer could use her coupon. I went there several months ago. The place was dirty inside. Food under the stove and dirty looking place. It looks unkept. They need to clean the floors and stove areas. I don’t think I will go there again. She said she may have still gone if they honored her coupon but they didn’t. No decency what so ever

I don’t feel as if I should have paid for combos and vegetables weren’t included. I also don’t feel happy with the fact I had more of the goats bones than the actual goat meat I don’t appreciate the fact it’s a Caribbean food place that does not have Jamaican beef Pattie’s or at the time of my purchase did not have oxtail or served regular plantain. The atmosphere is amazing though the pricing and the quality of my food itself did not hold me to the same satisfaction that the atmosphere gave its a 2/10 for me.

Great food and friendly service. However be prepared to wait 15-20 for food, or to call in an ordered ahead of time.

Clean, comfortable, open and bright interior. The murals outside are stunning. Chairs were padded which was nice. Staff were fun, friendly and helpful. Food was quality, the chicken was perfectly spiced, tender and juicy. The chickpeas were crispy outside and soft inside. The plantains were sweet and spicy, with the perfect amount of char. &&& The coconut rice? OMG the coconut rice. It was the perfect vessel for all the things I listed above. Portions are generous, my husband and I split a bowl and it was enough for the 2 of us for a light dinner and cost about $17.
