Yutaka is our go-to for sushi cravings -especially when we aren’t in the mood to wait in long lines on a Friday night. They have the most creative combinations of rolls! A few of our favorites are the King Roll, Fuji Roll, Christmas Roll and Firecracker Roll. The tuna tower is also a delight! No fishy smell in this restaurant. Close to Parker Road and great for date nights ❤️

The sushi here is the best we have found in the South Metro area. The rolls are packed tightly and sliced well, and the balance of ingredients is spot-on. The atmosphere is comfortable and clean. Service is excellent. I withheld one star because we ordered cocktails and there was zero perceptible alcohol in all three of them. $9 is a lot to pay for a small glass of juice.

It should be called “Yutaka your chances eating here”. The food is sub par. The service is as if they were deliberately trying to be as inefficient and slow as possible. The staff was rude, and it was overpriced. Haven’t been back since! The only positive thing I can say is that this business is an example of how EASY it is to stay in business in Parker, even if you do everything wrong.

We finally tried Yutaka, and it was good. I had the Katsu Curry bowl, which wasn’t a bowl. It was a plate, but it was delicious. It reminded me of Coco House Curry Restaurant in Japan. Awww… it took me back.

Decided to stop in as we’re new to the area, the sushi was beyond fresh. I would compare it to sushi ha or Mika sushi in Arvada outstanding service. The prices are beyond reasonable. The atmosphere is to die for. I definitely will be coming back for more and it’s really nice to know that I don’t have to drive to the Highlands or Arvada to get good sushi.

Very bad service! Got here at 630, took 30 mins for someone to take our order. Ordered eel sushi, smoked salmon sushi and California roll. Also, Prok tonkatsu dinner, ginger shrimp stir fry and teriyaki chicken beef dinner. Didn’t get food til 8pm. Wasn’t busy maybe 8 tables plus us. Food was handed to different table twice and didn’t replace even those the other patron touch the plate. Everything was cold. Poor quality sushi. No rice under sushi. Worst mistake fo food. We won’t be back.

Went here on a whim while shopping in the area. Food was amazing and better than expected! All the raw salmon and raw scallops were fresh and delicious, miso soup was the best I’ve ever had and so were the gyoza dumplings!! We ordered 2nds of almost everything! Highly recommend!
