My cheeseburger was delicious. I am not sure if they were understaffed at the Indiana Ave. location, so that could be reflective of the long wait time. If you are in a hurry or hungry, it may not be a good option, but if you have time to wait there is a nice eating area indoors and outdoors.

First time here I was passing by wanted to try this place out. They should call it “Zamn Burger” because you get more bread than patty. But the burger was good. And I only got one slice of bacon on my burger for another slice would cost more that is ridiculous. The fries were burt looking and salty. It was hot as hell in there. Manager working the line and at the register. Never again.

my experience at this restaurant was terrible. the woman said we can no longer pay in cash but the next person after me did. i asked a simple question about the menu and she said shut up. we asked for a bacon burger and got 1 piece. and it looked like it had a bite taken out. completely outrageous. would not recommend.

SO GOOD!! After a hot morning walking around DC we wanted some cold sodas and a nice sandwich and this was just the spot! I got the chicken sandwich and WOW so good! If you love chicken with a pickle brine it’s a must try! Crunchy to perfection and not too thick. Will definitely be stopping back by here on our next trip!

Out of lettuce and mayo. How do you run out of basic supplies? Very limited drink selection. Owners need to pay more attention to their restaurant. Very warm inside too. Food took a long time to get out of the kitchen.

This was literally the worst restaurant I encountered in DC. We went to the Indiana Ave location. The air conditioning was broken and the place was sweltering. It took them nearly a half an hour to prepare our food, and then we discovered that the guy at the register had completely screwed up our order. Something went wrong with the fryers and it took even longer for our fries, and then I finally had to ask for them because they sat cooling on a tray while three guys bumbled around in the back. Skip this place. It is overpriced and a horrible atmosphere.

Very rude girl in the front. They’re completely ignored our order. We’ve been waiting for an hour & nothing. They completely forgot our order which we paid for. This is ridiculous. Waste of time for my busy day. No one is even in here and they can’t remember to make my order? This is so dumb. It’s very messy here too. Look at my pics. Never coming back. Poor customer service the own thought he could give me old French fries and lie and said they all was fresh after I seen him put some old fries and mix them with fresh ones. He caught an attitude and gave me my money back. His staff didn’t want to give his name up but it’s cool. Calm will come back.

Over-priced for the quality and quantity. Ordered 5 chicken sandwiches with standard toppings, received 5 completely plain, dry chicken sandwiches with no toppings whatsoever. One was made with two bottom buns. Table was dirty, we had to ask for a rag to wipe it ourselves and were provided with a few paper napkins. Would never eat here again.

I wish I could give reviews in – the AC was not working so the door was kept open, over charged the items, wrong order served, and the chicken as black like it was rotten. Also the employees were sweating and handing over the receipt all wet, 0 customer service as they were wearing headphones and taking orders. Money wasted. I hope I don’t fall sick
