Delicious food and great portions! I had the shrimp tacos and the chips & guac. They were great! I also tried the half chicken and I think it was my favorite. The decor inside creates a nice atmosphere as well. Can’t wait to go back!

Food is very mediocre as if I just made a quick lunch for myself at home. Also really expensive for the quantity you get. Hardly any drink options, no juices or cocktails, BYOB. I feel the overall atmosphere doesn’t match the quality of the food. The waitress however was extremely charming and took care of us so I appreciated that. Unfortunately I will not come back.

Excellent food, great, friendly service and a really nice atmosphere made for a perfect introduction to this new spot. The chicken, beef and grilled shrimp tacos, along with the rice and street corn sides, were exceptional. The flan, which often misses the mark elsewhere, was also excellent. Highly recommend.

Outrageously good! We love Zinna’s so we had high expectations and we were still blown away. Started with the shrimp cocktail that we devoured-tasty shrimp in a nice kicky red sauce with delicious chips. This dish alone could be an entire meal. Tried the skirt steak which had a beautiful char but was so buttery soft you didn’t even need a knife. The chimmichuri sauce that topped it was lick-the-plate clean delicious. We also had the haddock with delectable flavor and sides of street corn and dirty rice. We are pretty sure there isn’t anything bad on the menu and can’t wait to go back! Thanks for an incredible meal!

I started with the Chorizo and clams with the homemade chips. Unique dish – little necks in the shell mixed with chorizo that had a nice little kick to it. There was no shortage of clams on this dish.

I enjoyed dining at Z Taco, and it was an incredible experience. The food was excellent, with an array of flavors and textures that delighted my taste buds. As I took a bite out of my freshly made taco, it took my tastebuds on a journey of flavors, haha. The presentation of my dish was beautiful too. Also, the atmosphere was comforting and decorated beautifully with cozy seating and tables. The establishment was clean, too, and the service was also impeccable. Ava and the rest of the staff were amiable and accommodating with quick service and returned to my table a few times to ensure I had everything I needed. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great meal, excellent service, friendly staff, and a warm and inviting atmosphere. I will be back for more! 10/10

So I’m the first one with not so great a review I guess. The place is a little nicer than expected, meaning for Saturday dinner I was a bit underdressed, this is not as casual as I expected. Not a problem, just pointing this out. The food was just ok. The chicken quesadilla for appetizer was pretty good, but not great, maybe 4 out of 5. My skirt steak dinner was mediocre. The meat was oily and without a whole lot of taste. I didn’t eat the rice, trying to limit carbs. I did eat the corn that most people here review positively, but to me it was very oily again. My wife’s chicken tacos she said were good. Maybe 3 star review is a bit low, 3.5 is more accurate. People who give 5 seem very unreasonable or just don’t know Mexican food. There are some better Mexican places around, either more tasty or more authentic. This place is a fusion type Mexican, not authentic. Sometimes that’s good too, but I’m not a fan of this one.
