One of the best Hydrabadi Dum mutton biriyani in DFW! Wow…I tired their freshly made biriyani. It was bursting with authentic flavors. Not too spicy, meat was tender, not too much masala, just enough spice to make it tasty. Not other side dish was needed. However, it paired well with their other chicken gravy dishes and raita.

I have lived in the City of Chicago in past years. I moved to Dallas 4 years ago and was thinking about having proper authentic hyderabadi food. I thought I won’t be able to get authentic traditional mouthwatering Hyderabadi food until I made my way to Zaafran kitchen. So the Story of Zaafran kitchen goes back to the times when we use to get together what we call (Bhaitak) at our friend’s place. I have first experienced their food made by group of hardworking brothers Salman, Irfan, Imran and Zain, they served us delicious dishes. The dishes were so amazing that people started asking if they own a Kitchen or Restaurant somewhere and that’s how with the people’s positive feedback and blessings Zaafran Kitchen was started. I would honestly suggest that they have the bestesttttttt Biryani so far in DfW region and their Chicken 65 is real authentic 65 that we experience in Hyd Valima Receptions. Behtereen Cheeqmaar, Angaar Food, Jazakallah hu khair Zaafran Crew, you guys are doing an amazing job of serving the people in town with finest Hyderabadi food.
