Great fresh food, best Thai I have found around. Dining in staff needs to be more attentive with a lot of take-out orders. Overall I would come back. Doing a Keto plan, I was able to put together a good order to my needs.

What a wonderful little restaurant. We order from here a lot at work and have always received great food. The staff here are really friendly too- the reason I’m writing this review is because of how great the staff are. I had ordered a Thai Iced coffee for the first time here and it was actually really good but I think it was missing sweetener in it. I didn’t think too much of it since I love coffee either way- but later that day I received a call from one of the staff members offering me a free Thai iced coffee because they had caught that they hadn’t made it right (which I still enjoyed). It made my day to know that they would go above and beyond like that for such a minor mistake! I highly recommend Zaap!

I don’t even know what in the world this is- I ordered satay I got slabs of over cooked over turmeric’d chicken – Did I say SLABS??… Satays (I catered I know) are thin pieces of tender meat on a skewer- but not this – there is no hole anywhere no grill marks no grill flavor- this is grotesque and embarrassing but most of all it’s upsetting because we are hungry- this chicken never saw a skewer or even a grill / flat top and they left the chicken an inch thick – have no idea what they did here but they put zero effort – Im too annoyed to bring up their version of peanut sauce its pretty repulsive

My wife and I really enjoy ZAAP Thai. Oddly enough, it’s also the only place that I can seem to find good fried rice. I don’t know what it is about Chinese food in Maine, but it typically misses the mark by quite a bit so it’s surprising that a Thai restaurant has better fried rice than any other place I’ve been to in Skowhegan or Waterville.

Tried the Basil fried rice with Tofu. It said spicy sauce…no spice, no sauce. Over whelming fish sauce taste. Ordered the Tom Kha soup with Tofu to go and it had chicken not tofu. Didn’t know till I got home ☹️
