Worse Bacon egg cheese biscuit ever. Ordered the sandwich dove 3 blocks and realized the sandwich was at best room temp. Not even a hint of fresh, hot or freshly made. Terrible.

Great breakfast spot but steer clear of the biscuits and gravy. Had a craving for them and although it’s not totally bad the sausage was too salty and not mixed with the gravy making it not entirely enjoyable.

Ordered a large fry with no seasoning and a steak cheeseburger without ketchup and Mayo. Received heavily seasoned fries and a burger without cheese and was charged for a combo plus another.30 for a large fry. Called and returned the incorrect order and pointed out I didn’t order the combo and was overcharged. The guy at the window just ignored me and handed the replacement. PS time to change the oil in the fryer!

I love zacadoos, however today i had a horrible experience. I ordered some nuggets with a side of Mac and cheese this was what i received. I called and asked if this was the normal portion they said i was supposed to receive 2 of them instead of the 1 cup, i asked if i can have fries instead. A lady in the background was rude and insisted that i walk up to the busy window with cars constantly coming through to have the Mac and cheese cup replaced instead of having a worker bring it to the parking lot. They eventually brought it to the car. I’m giving 2 stars because the guy who brought my replacement fries was very nice.

This is an okay little local spot. There is not sit down area, so grab and go only. Which is fine but when you’re trying to kill time now you’re looking for a place to park your car and feel like a awkward while chowing down in public parking lot. The service is pretty quick and the two people I dealt with were nice. Though I had never been before and getting in line there was no way for me to preplan what I wanted to eat. So I felt long of rushed since there was a large line behind me when I was ordering.

Ashley location around 11:45a today. I had the unpleasant experience with the girl who was taking my order. I was telling her what I didn’t want on my burger and she repeated back twice the wrong thing. Then when I went to correct her she talked over me then got smart mouth and said we don’t even serve pickles on our sandwiches 1st of all! I was so out done. I left that location. Googled another location drove the 2.8miles, bcuz me and my family do like the food. Bad customer service will cost you a devoted customer to drive the extra miles to spend their money.

Breakfast in a cup – it’s a hit and miss each morning. Lately the grits are stiff and sometimes clumpy. I have to throw the grits away. Still a great place to eat. Friendly staff.
