In life…things happen…mistakes are made. The true test of a server is how life’s little mistakes are fixed and our server was FABULOUS!! Five people ordered the Friday 1/2 price calzone…and only 4 were made by the kitchen. Apologies were made, a piece of pizza was given to “hold him over” and the late arriving calzone was removed from our bill.

Went in to Zachary’s, was seated, the server came and took our orders, then we sat there and waited for our drinks for over an hour, food and drinks never did come, asked the server several times about our order, each time we’re told it would be just a few more minutes, after an hour sitting there waiting we got up and went and told them we were leaving, they told us they were swamped with deliveries and all of the ovens were full, I told them sadly they were my favorite pizza, however I will never go there again, they said sorry, I said me too and we left, this is the third time in a row, we will never go back…

the bourbon molasses wings are fantastic! garlic parmesan wings are excellent as well. good pizza, but i would order it well done unless you like it on the droopy side. the spaghetti is just OK, but worth the price when it’s a daily special. lasagna is disappointing. it’s not terrible, but it’s really not lasagna as you would expect it. good mozzarella sticks. daily lunch specials used to be great, but the menu has recently changed and the lunch specials are not such a great deal anymore. disappointed with that.

Could use an update in decorations, but the food was good with a decent amount of choices. The restaurant was clean, and our server was nice. Lost a star due to no baby changing station in the bathroom. Overall, a nice pizza joint to go to.

Lunch specials have been eliminated and prices have skyrocketed to the point of being ridiculous. The quickest way to lose customers is to overcharge for mediocre food. I won’t be back.
