Absolutely amazing dining experience. We went there before 12 for lunch, we were the only customers for a while, so we were served very attentively. We chose all you can eat option, the fish was very fresh, the sushi rolls are exquisitely presented. There is only one chef working behind the counter the whole time just for us. The owner truly invested in this restaurant, in the quality of food and the elegant ambiance of this place. The chef here is also so highly qualified. This restaurant is a hidden gem.

Literally cannot beat this all you can eat deal in Boca!! We didn’t know what to expect, and I for one am always skeptical of all you can eat sushi places, but this was truly good! Would I say my favorite sushi ever? No, but for the price it is amazing!! Definitely would recommend. I like how there is also more than just sushi. We tried almost everything.

Very beautiful place! Overall, it was a great visit despite the minor hiccups. I came in with a party of 15. We were told that we all had to order the all you can eat option or we all had to order a la carte. We were the only people in the establishment and we just felt that they should have been a bit more accommodating as everyone didn’t want to order the all you can eat option. Also, we arrived around 12pm and was there til about 3pm, the bartender still hadn’t arrived so we had to opt for fountain drinks, beer, or sake. The food was very delicious, we were able to get so many options with the all you can eat menu. However, we were also advised that we could not leave with our food. Many of us had to leave half eaten sushi rolls on the table since we weren’t allowed to take them. In my opinion we should have at least been able to take those. You can’t resell them especially after we have already picked over them. We couldn’t even pay a small fee to take the rest. The only way we could leave with food is if we placed a separate a la carte order to go. The staff was very nice and quick with bringing out the food, the fried rice was amazing. We loved the variety on the all you can eat menu as it ranges from soup, rolls, hibachi, rolls and more. I just feel that the service could have been a bit better with accommodating us as we were more than willing to pay and we were the only ones in the restaurant.

Great food and service. Best Japanese all you can eat in South Florida. I highly recommend it.

We had a great time here! The location is easy to find with plenty of parking spots & free. To our surprise the place was totally empty. Staff was friendly! Plenty of tables and the decor is nice. Food was excellent, sushi was prepared with fresh ingredients. Prices are reasonable. Keep in mind there the “all you can eat” is not available at this location. Everything was clean. The dessert menu is weak, but luckily our waitress gave as brownies! Recommend it!

Zaka Modern Japanese Cuisine is a delightful restaurant that offers an authentic Japanese dining experience. The restaurant has a modern and elegant ambiance, with a tasteful interior design that makes it a great place for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends.

Food is amazing here. Definitely worth trying the 90 min buffet option. They bring you out food for 90 minutes. Each time you choose from an appetizer, a side, and main. My gf and I still had time left over when we were leaving so it’s more than enough time. The staff and manager were all very hospitable. I will be back again.

I really wish I could like this place but we’ve tried it twice and were disappointed both times. We did the all you can eat and drink option. The first time we were there, the servers were the ones making the drinks and almost everything we had asked for drink wise, they did not have the ingredients for (lime, OJ, etc). It’s in the same plaza as Publix so there really isn’t any excuse. Sushi was decent, service was good, but the noodles we order were very greasy. So we went ahead and tried again. This time service really sucked. The server tried to sit us at a dirty hibachi grill/table, and tried to wipe some of the dirt off with her hands. I had to ask her to properly clean it before seating us because it was disgusting. The server wouldn’t write our drink orders and would give us the wrong order. She was also the one making the drinks so there isn’t any excuse. Then this time, both hot/cooked items and sushi were just ok, it wasn’t great. We ordered sushi and when the food came, we had to ask for soy sauce and the bowls for it. We had to ask for utensils and she was just overall inattentive, barely checking if we needed anything. And then she tells us that there’s no dessert; that they’re completely out of ice cream but the all-you-can-eat was supposed to include dessert. For the price, I expected better tasting food and better service. But they’re lacking, just like their ingredients and menu items.

Walked in, grabbed a drink and then left. They do not have the buffet at this location. I was advised by the waitress that the Doral location is the only one with the buffet. So I drove to Doral and then had the buffet. This location does have a $7 happy hour but the Doral location is better.

Came here with my wife for lunch and chose the all you can eat option. The food overall was excellent, especially apps like the volcano shrimp, soup dumplings, pork BAO buns and calimari. The hibachi steak and fried rice laked a little salt but was decent and a large portion. My wife thought the spicy chicken ramen was decent but I thought it was meh. The sushi rolls ( plantain roll and Cowboy roll) were awesome! The cocktails (lychee martini and cherry blossom) were also good. Lastly, for dessert (extra $$) the Thai donuts and fried cheesecake were we’ll presented and delicious! Initially, there was a little communication issue with our waitress but that was made up by the wonderful service from the woman who would bring us our food from the kitchen. Great value and we’ll definitely be returning.
