Ordered 1 original Philly cheese steak 8 piece chicken bucket with fries and a steak and chicken Philly than ordered cheese sticks with fries. OK first complaint all the chicken tasted like freezer yesterday that includes the Philly chicken and it’s the next day and me and my kids are sick to our stomachs I wasn’t going to complain about the marinara sauce that had a giant clump of mold in it cause s*** happens but we’re all sick so obviously I should complain I have always loved y’all food but ya down bad after this one

I used to go to Zack’s all the time when they’re on Douglas. Love their food today I had it delivered I don’t know what they deliver I ordered an original Philly steak and cheese The only thing was is no tomatoes I got no lettuce I don’t even think there was green pepper and onion or even mushrooms in it and then she just topped with some shredded mozzarella it wasn’t even toasted. Then my fried okra you pay $4.99 for this I got 15 pieces that was it counted them. I even took a picture of the sandwich because I’m still trying to figure out why they didn’t put everything on.

The fries are freezer burnt, n taste old, chicken under cooked. I got 3 catfish fillets which was also under cooked (falling apart n mushy) and they gave me two tartar sauces, asked for more and they said it was a charge.ill jus be buying lemonades from here on out. Very disappointed paid to much money to get uncooked food
