We’ve loved our pizza experiences and consistency at this location, but tonight was a miss. I always order extra cheese, and the cheese was pretty spare. Certainly less than prior orders but it seems less than the amount for a regular topping of cheese. Toppings are pretty far from the edge of the crust, and the crust is crispy and hard, though not overcooked…not sure if yhe dough wasn’t fresh? Za Bites are good. Will order again…hopefully a one off tonight…disappointing.

We tried this place for the first time tonight. It was decent pizza. The pizzas are large and overfill the box. We placed our order there because the website was difficult and didn’t have a build your own option. The place didn’t have A/C or it wasn’t working well. We felt bad for the employees working the ovens in the heat. Part of our order was incorrect but they offered a refund, sadly wasn’t able to try the pizza flavor I wanted due to the mix up.

I usually don’t write reviews , but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to point out someone with amazing customer service! A few days ago , I walked into Zalata upset and in a rush to get my pizza. It was written all over my face that I wasn’t having the best day. Gabby was so patient with me and sympathetic to my needs. She took her time taking my order and it didn’t take too long for my pizza to come out. It was my first time trying Zalata and she just doesn’t know , how she made my day by just having great customer service. I loveddddd my pepperoni pizza & I will be returning soon for another.

Kat has to be the worst customer service representative that I have ever dealt with. We ordered it buy one get one pizza through Uber when we realize we made a mistake and only clicked one item not understanding we needed to click two items to get a buy one get one free we immediately call the restaurant. The restaurant of formed us that even though two pizzas would cost the same as one they would not send us two pizzas and they will allow us to pay for one and only receive one because evidently you’re not allowed to make a mistake when ordering with this establishment. They should be ashamed of themselves. We will go to Grimaldi’s who is offering the same special and has much better pizza!
