Yummy pizza, friendly service, love the ranch dip (sriracha). Apparently the pizza chef today didn’t like that one of our pizzas turned out oval, so they gave us a whole extra pizza for free to make up for it! Talk about customer service! Very glad to have the location in Allen.

We were looking forward to the award winning pizza, but we give it a 2 out of 5. Zalatt has flat, hard, chewy, and burnt ends crust. My Margherita pizza only had 1 or 2 pieces of cheese per slice and was pretty salty. Husband’s pizza had good flavor sausage but not enough sausage nor enough cheese. He was not a fan of the flat, hard, chewy crust either.

Horrible experience with them tonight. I had been a HUGE advocate for Zalat–they have something for everyone! Vegan cheese, all beef pepperoni, and gluten-free crust that tastes like the real thing… until tonight. After my interaction I’m not sure we will be visiting this establishment again. I ordered a GF pizza as per usual, only the crust I received tonight is sad and flat, like cardboard.
