The drinks are strong and the staff is good at pairing with your food. The lamb chops were the most amazing thing! Def would go back for them. The smashed potatoes with caramelized onions was good too. Oh and the lemon cake was amazing.

First of all the restaurant is beautiful and huge and very clean. As soon as we walked in it had a nice vibe. The service was fast and our server was very nice and made the experience fun, she was great. Food was good, the Amish chicken and steak we got was good but not like the best. The meatballs and the broccolini were our fav 2 dishes as they were very flavorful. The price is high for what you get and I wish they had more in-house cocktail choices and a few more menu items to pick from. Would go back but it could be better.

Honestly, I was a bit apprehensive based on the other reviews, but I have to admit, my meal and experience was excellent. Great atmosphere, food was fresh, prepared well, and served timely. Drinks were good. No complaints and I’m looking forward to coming back.

Service was lacking. Food lacked flavor all around. Drinks were good. Place is beautiful and staff was friendly, just really slow and lacked education. Server told me chef recommended lamb medium plus. I said are you sure? I’d prefer it medium rare. He insisted medium plus, but I went against his recommendation. I think they just need a little more time to work out the kinks. I’ll return to give a second chance.

What a beautiful place! Next to Tallulah, this is my new favorite spot in Birmingham! It’s a gorgeous restaurant. Went to try it a few times already and had an amazing experience each time. At this point, I have tried everything on the menu and I loved everything so far, especially the Beef Tartare, Filet, Fish and Lamb chops! The drinks all had fresh garnishes and tasted as great as they looked. The staff is very friendly and they made us all feel so welcomed and like family. Donika was an amazing server and provided us with the best experience! It turned into a completely different vibe on the weekend with a DJ, and it was a great time, definitely the new place to be and new favorite spot in Birmingham!

Our experience at Zana was AMAZING. Our server Chris made sure that we were taken care of and was very attentive. He was very helpful in guiding us through the menu and had great item recommendations. We ordered the Spicy Margarita, Octopus Shared Plate, Amish Chicken Entree with a Grilled Broccolini Side, and the Creekstone Filet Mignon Entree with a Pommes Aligot Side for our dinner. Everything was beyond flavorful, and we were so impressed with our dinner that we decided to order dessert as well. We finished with the Apple Galette Dessert, which was just as amazing and the perfect way to finish our meal. Our server Chris even introduced us to the executive chef at the end of our night! During our meal, I noted that the staff in the restaurant was extremely meticulous in detail cleaning off tables in between guests, which I appreciated. We cannot wait to come back, thank you for a great experience, Chris!

Entrees are average flavor (rigatoni, salmon) but we liked the appetizers (baked brie) and desserts (black sesame gelato, a favorite of mine, and croissant bread pudding, that night’s special). Drinks were excellent – Banhez mescal is worth trying if the rest of the genre is too smoky for you.

Very aesthetic interior! Good vibes. Cocktails were good but very limited options. Food was delicious! Little let down by the dessert “chocolate fudge cake” but overall a very good experience.

Really loved the atmosphere and the vibes in here! The food was a little disappointing, portion sizes and prices do not correlate especially with the quality. Waiter was very helpful and everything else was still enjoyable
