We have been going to Zao since it has opened and have always had good experiences each time. The food is always fresh and warm. The chips and guacamole are amazing, especially the guac!!! Restaurant is always clean. Everyone working there seems happy to help you out. We really enjoy tacos at lunch here. (Chicken tacos are my favorite. My husband always gets one of each type of meat)

I’ve never had a bad experience with any Zao, and the American fork one is closest to my home so it gets my review! Went tonight and ordered a chicken bowl and man oh man! It was delicious. The food is so refreshing and so filling. The employees who work there do such a good job and they’re so friendly even on a late Saturday night. The store was clean and had such a good atmosphere. There’s a reason i come here one-two times a week!

If you are looking for something to eat that won’t leave you feeling heavy or too full, Zao is the perfect place to go. I always get the teriyaki chicken bowl with a mix of brown/white rice and all the regular toppings. This past time the bowl tasted a little bland, but a little sriracha fixed that. I recommend trying the Zao juices, especially the passion tea one. They are perfectly sweetened, fresh, and delicious. They also have a menu next to the juices on some recipes to create delicious blends. So good!

Delicious! This is a great option if you’re looking for something fresh with lots of veggies and great protein. I got the bowl with chicken and yellow curry sauce. The one thing I would say is it felt like the bowl was 60% rice and 40% everything else where I would like a little more chicken and veggies. Other than that, everything was great!

This was good, first the service was exceptional. The people were quality servers. If I could just give them all a great star I would. Great experience with service. The food was well prepared and tasted fine but it was not exceptionally memorable. I recommend it if your going on a lunch date with an old friend and you can’t remember their food preferences or if your meeting up with someone new and are looking for something that EVERYONE can enjoy but that NO ONE will remember

Good food, good location, fast service. The restaurant is clean and the food is tasty. I like that it’s all customizable and easy to accommodate dietary needs. My favorite is a yakisoba noodle bowl with chicken and teriyaki sauce! Good, fresh food that feels good to eat!

This is an Asian Chipotle. No more, no less. If you go with that expectation, you’ll enjoy it. Recommendation: rice bowl with beef and Super sauce (green curry + lemongrass) + side of meatball. The only caveat is that this location consistently waters down their drinks waaaay more than others. Skip their lemonades.

Food was good. A bit pricy for the amount you get, but it’s good if you need a gluten free diet. Same with a vegan diet as they have good food without any meat in it. Those are the reasons I’d go
