I love finally having a Zao close to me again! We visited this location on what was it’s first official week and was not let down in the slightest. The location is very nicely designed compared to other locations and offers a nice open and welcoming environment to chow down.

I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel like I need to leave this one. My family and I love Zao. We ordered online from this location once a week without failure since they opened. Unfortunately the quality of the food has gotten worse overtime. They often messed up our order like others have mentioned. Missing sauces, drinks, wrong meat, undercooked noodles etc. But I learned to check every time before I leave so they can fix it. It wasn’t that bothersome until today when I started eating my bowl with rice noodles and they were super overcooked and mushy. Like they cooked them but never rinsed them and served them like that. I tried to take a couple of bites until i couldn’t handle the flavor and texture so I grabbed the chicken and veggies out of it and ate that part. Unfortunately I’m now in the middle of the night not being able to sleep because I got food poisoning from eating there. Just hoping the rest of my family doesn’t start feeling sick as well. The kids that were working there tonight seemed very young and kind of clueless. I wished I wouldn’t have eaten the food when I noticed something didn’t taste good.

store was not with it!! dropped my order right in front of me, it spilled all over the inside of the bag, after checking it they did not clean that up, give me new napkins after sauce spilled all over!! and i watched her check the inside of the bag. and they forgot half of my toppings.

I have never left any type of review on anything in my entire life but I came here and had MULTIPLE BUGS in my food. This was IN the soup. Not just on top of it or on the rim of the bowl. INSIDE OF IT. I ate some before I even noticed. This is so disgusting and terrible. Maybe don’t get the soup or just don’t come at all.

Love Zao. Got their meatball brown rice bowl. So fresh, tasty and huge portions. Staff was super friendly and helpful too. I like to mix the yellow curry with the chili lemongrass sauce, so yummy. A little bit of heat but not too much.

So happy to have a Zao nearby and every visit has been great! One time I ordered in the drive-thru and they misheard what I ordered and put the wrong thing in. I went inside and they made me a new bowl with the right ingredients. That’s unfortunately an issue with drive-thrus and talking to someone through a speaker so I don’t blame them and they fixed the problem. I try to order inside whenever I can so they get my order right 100 percent, the food is delicious as well as healthy, and a great portion size for the price. The store is always clean and the employees have been friendly. I’ll keep coming here for sure!

Not as good as the South Jordan location but they are learning. Some of my vegetables were undercooked. Some of my vegetables were burnt. The portions were very meager. What I liked about it was the fast service. What I would improve would be bigger portions and make the food cooked better. Also values pretty good.

I went with my family to this restaurant, and I was very impressed as well as delighted by my experience!! The staff was very friendly as well as helpful. Food nicely prepared and was delectable. Meal tasted good and was healthy, so no feeling of guilt when eating. The berry drink I had was delicious and healthy. Recommend this place for anybody, especially people who are wanting to eat healthy and eat something good as well!
