I got the zucchini pasta l, which I must say, tastes amazing. The sausage was delicious, the pasta, while different, was good, and the sauce was perfect. I’ll be back to try more

Beautiful restaurant everybody is cheery business and calm you gotta love it. Wonderful blond haired host Gave me a suggestion and it was exactly how she said it was going to be which was amazing…another woman that took the order behind the counter very dedicated and thank you cooks y’all definitely did an amazing job that night…

It’s hard to find food on a low salt diet in Columbia. The problem is most places have preseasoned their food and sauces before serving. Za’s hit the spot today when I ordered their salmon without seasoning! I squeezed some lemon on top and it had a great taste and was perfectly cooked. The salad was great also! They brought me some oil & red wine vinegar (I requested) to put on top and it was excellent. I had them separate them as I love more red wine vinegar than oil. Great meal!

The food was definitely good. I highly recommend the okra appetizer. Server we had was really nice, but the service was extremely slow. I do not recommend going during lunch if need to eat quickly.

This place is usually on point with there food and service. We went for dinner and sat outside because there was 7 of us. First off we waited awhile before someone came over with waters for the table. We ordered our food. 2 of us in the party ordered a salad to start off with. Our food came before the salads. My pizza was cold and another person in the party his pasta was cold. I asked about my salad and she said “OH! they didn’t put it up in the window.” They took back my pizza and placed it back in the oven so now my crust is on the burnt side. The guy with the pasta. you could tell they just threw more sauce on it to make it edible. I don’t know who is to blame her. Our waitress, the cooks? I’m sure it will be awhile before we go back. With the prices you charge to need to get better help.

First visit in quite some time. We enjoyed our specialty cocktails and meals; salad, pizza, pasta and a calzone. Staff was friendly and our order was delivered fast. The atmosphere was a little off, perhaps because USC is out for the summer and the men’s restroom was out of order but overall a very nice experience. Glad to see a long standing restaurant holding it’s own during these tough times and wish Za’s many more years of success.

I am going to give it 3 stars because the food and service was good but I didn’t appreciate the bartender doing shots, while on the clock, with everyone at the bar. I didn’t appreciate the one customer going behind the bar and doing shots with the bartender. I thought this was a little tacky and unprofessional. You could tell the servers weren’t too happy about it either. The crust on the pizza was amazing. Fresh products make a huge difference. The beer, nice and cold and the spinach dip, amazing. Even my Caesar salad was great. Our server was fantastic. I didn’t get her name. Very pretty blonde, very sweet. The bartender, could put some clothes on and maybe not do shots while working and giving free shots out. You definitely lost some money.
