So I Love Zaxby but I will never ever come back to this location again. For them to give me the wrong food in the first place and this is how you make up the order. Oh no 12.50 for a mess. And the only reason why they have star from me was I could write a review and warn people it’s not like any other experience that you have at any other location. If you love Zaxbys you will not go to this location. Let’s start with the manager at night Mr.Andre he is highly unprofessional he answer the phone saying yeah he told me I cannot get a refund until the morning time. Remind you it is only 8 o’clock. He said we ran out of fries so we just put a toast on your plate instead of fries without even asking. They did not give me my drinks with my order. I’m just over this! The food looks ghetto, it doesn’t even taste like Zaxbys, its like why is their name on this building anyway.

I hate having to write this because this location has brought jobs into the community but This location literally needs to close its doors. I have literally never had a good experience on the three occasions I’ve been here. I don’t understand how you mess up chicken when it’s literally all you do. I received wings and tenders that were not even mildly covered, a grilled chicken sandwich that was obviously cooked from frozen because it was tough as leather, and on another occasion…a chicken sandwich with the toppings on the bun but no meat. I called and tried to talk to someone and I was extremely pleasant. Whoever was leading the shift was extremely rude to me and accused me of lying.

Every time I order from here they are always forgetting things, especially the sauces! Make sure you double and triple check your orders before you leave, whether you’re picking up your own order or ordering on a food delivery service. I don’t know what their deal is, but they never include the sauces even when you order additional ones! It’s so frustrating!

This kids working here are some of the dumbest folks I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been here multiple times and not once has my order been correct. Never again. If our children are our future, this place makes me think we’re all screwed. If the management here wanted to do them any favors, he/she would lead by example so that these kids learn some work ethic.

The food quality is, like everyone else said, awful. Service from the drive thru window was just fine, but the chicken they serve and sauces on there were the worst. This place really needs to either re-train or train their cooks better because what they’re putting out is absolutely nothing to be proud of. In addition, the coke zero had no syrup in it and tasted like straight soda .. I will not be returning to this location again.
