I’ve been to this place four times and twice I don’t think they knew exactly what they were doing or how to work there the third time was a little bit better but I thought well I ain’t going to go back in the morning I’ll sudden I did go the other day and it was really really good the service was nice it was young man Carter I believe his name was very polite very helpful so I will return

My wife wanted a diet coke and fries. We went through the drive through ordered a large diet coke, fries with seasoning and a large unseet tea. The young lady and young man took our debit swiped it and we proceeded to the window. A young man came to the window and said they were out of diet coke. My wife said Ok give me a coke then. Then a young girl came to the window and told us our total, we said we already paid she said it didn’t show as being paid. I was ready to just leave but my wife checked her account and didn’t see any charges so she paid again. I got the tea and there was no ice so she had the young man put ice in. I asked for some Splenda and was given Sweet and low. By then I just took what we had and left. I hope this was just someone or several people having a bad day and not the norm for this location. Never have issues at the new one on 19 in Griffin.

Everything was clean and nice, but stopped to get food and change my son’s diaper. A men’s, woman’s, and family restroom and NO baby changing table. Why even have a family bathroom then?

I’m not sure y my fries looked like this. How can I eat these? Let alone my kids. This is ridiculous too much salt. Zaxbys if I was still close by I would ask for a refund. The salt got on my kids grilled cheese and the chicken tenders so this was really a waste of my money and time stopping at this exit for food. Smh now I have to stop again to buy something else for me and my kids to eat. Check your food before leaving this establishment.

If you want edible food do not stop at the one in Forsyth. They pulled us up and said we were waiting on fries. Well one hot honey mustard traditional w & t had hot fries but cold hard wings. The other hot honey mustard boneless plate had some hot fries but not all of her boneless wings and the tenders were cold. The sweet and spicy plate had the scrap fries that were cold and hard as well as the wings were cold and hard but the tenders were warm. We had gotten on the interstate so we couldn’t turn around but definitely calling customer care
