Don’t work here. I spent about two months working here as an assistant manager and got fired from a higher power “Tristan” in the company who’s never there and claimed I purposely came in late but never wanted to show footage just said go home there’s no need for proof? I then emailed the owner about it and got nothing but a “have a nice day”. This company over worked me as I cleaned rust off of their roof and spray painted the vents from green to white due to mold problems. I cleaned and reorganized those filthy freezers they put your “good quality food” in and covered up roach problems when needed because they had a roach kingdom behind those fryers. Overall the normal employees were amazing to be around but the higher power in this company will use you and fire you for a reason they made up. This company is way to unprofessional and the owner really needs to understand that having power doesn’t mean you can overwork ppl and use them as you please.

Was in drive thru around 9:00pm and pulled up to speaker, the employee said give me a second. I waited for like 8 minutes finally the employee said we don’t have traditional wings, no sauces and a whole bunch of other things, I didn’t really mind but the employee needed to say that when I pulled up to the speaker instead of having me wait and then tell me their is no wings no nothing for the rest of the night ! Waisted my time!

There was no one in drive thru and was asked to park after pulling up to collect food. I guess to get their service time shortened on the clock/timer. Everything was correct in my order. I didn’t like that the coleslaw was not in a cup. It wasn’t as cold as I would have liked.

Waited well 30 minutes for my family food for them to tell they didn’t have the chicken on of order. Serious if you didn’t have the item order let us know to change to something else but no you let us sit there for nothing. We got a refund and left. We will NOT be returning to this establishment. Don’t waste you time by going here.

Food is cooked…. thats about the end of the list of good things about this location. Every single time I have come I have been charged for extra sauce and received none. Drinks are usually whatever the cashier feels like putting in the cup and theres at least a 5 minute wait after the window to get food. I understand certain times of the day are extra busy and can stress the staff but forgetting basic functions at an entry level job is lazy and definitely needs to be reassessed by management.

This Zaxby’s in Apopka is a newer restaurant. They have fried chicken options and some salads. Similar to a chick fil a but with more options. The drive through is always very efficient as the wait times are never very long. You can also find coupons that make the food an even better value.

Brand new place had a coupon for a free chicken tender plate which usually cost the total of $7.44 so it was great to get it for free I had 3 chicken tenders, crinkle cut fries, Texas toast. Tenders were small but they were well done which I like Texas toast needs more butter or flavoring the fries were okay I just had 2 cook them a little bit more when I got home. Clean restaurant but they do need to fix the lock on the bathroom because it’s been broken for over a week. Not bad.
