I had never eaten Zaxby’s before, but my husband has. We ordered through Door dash. I ordered the “fried white cheddar bites” and they were delicious! I did try the famous Zax sauce, but it’s not for me. My husband had the grilled chicken sandwich and it was pretty delicious as well. Their fries are the bomb! They definitely have my vote!

One of the best Salads I’ve ever had. The loaded fries, hold the bacon was BANGIN! It had small bites of chicken it with cheese. So food. I little salty but manageable. It wasn’t crowded at all. I highly recommend!

The food was hot and good. The Customer service not so much. Brittany waited on us. She NEVER greeted us when we came in. I asked if I was able to substitute my fries for a side salad and she only said no. My friend asked if she could get flavored wings and she said yes and pointed to the menu. She called our name over the intercom to get our food when we were standing at the coke machine. She greeted every customer that came in after us and even brought food to one customers table. Do better Brittany!

So I have never been here before this was my first time coming in today and OMG. It was not only beautiful inside from the decor to the employees but the food is delicious. I order the 5 wing and 3 tender combo and it was delicious made. The toast was great I did speak to the manager Valerie who I told that my wings were a bit hard at the bottom. Not only did she apologize but she said that she will make me a fresh order which was great it was an awesome experience. If you’re looking for a great place to eat wings and tenders this will be the place for you!! Love the cleanest of the place & the professionalism of the place.

First time I have been to Zaxby’s, thought I’d give it a try. Went around 3:20 so definitely not a busy time. I got the chicken club meal and 5 fingerz entree only with an extra honey mustard sauce. I ordered online and about 5 minutes before time it said it would be ready I went in. After standing at the mobile counter for a few minutes one of the staff asked me the name. They then handed me my order. I took it outside and realized I didn’t get the Zax sauce only the extra honey mustard I purchased. So I went back in and stood at counter while employee asked me to wait just a second where she proceeded to correct the position of the napkins and then asked what she could help me with. I got my Zax sauce and proceeded to eat my meal (saving the fingerz for later)

Today, this place has really made me mad I have never had chicken so hard & dried with feathers they forgot to pluck (traditional bone in). After my 2nd attempt to eat here. Once again, the traditional bone in chicken wings was hard and I was unable to bite into it or chew like (plastic). I couldn’t take it back since we live so far . At this point only the TOAST & Zax sauce is worth buying.
