The four finger combo is ridiculous. They give you three little pieces of chicken tenders. It’s like you have to open the box before leaving the drive thru to check your food. They gave me a tender like someone took a bite off it too.

Hot, delicious chicken tenders. I ordered the wings n things and am pretty sure I got twice as many boneless wings as I was supposed to. No complaints, obviously. Love this place and will go back if traveling through again!

They get a four star review because they were fast, friendly and efficient. They would have received a five, but in typical Zaxby’s fashion they are so inconsistent on their wings. Some times thy are plump, sometimes they’re not. This time they were very small. It looks like they were grabbing them straight from the egg to the fryer. Maybe these are called young chickens. 15 min old.

Walked up to the counter to order with no acknowledgment. Looked like a bunch of kids was working in there. I used to go all the time before they closed now it’s a different vibe!….Food was hot though! From walking in to ordering my food to leaving the service sucked! And bring back the Cesar Salads!

Went through the drive through and i’ve learnt that no matter where i go, i need to check my food before i drive away fully, realized my sauces i had asked for we’re not in the bag and as i turned back to the window to try and get the employees attention, the girl came to the window with a HUGE attitude and said “Ma’am we are on a timer and being timed for our window speed”, im assuming a manager was behind her and i explained that i didn’t get my sauce and i needed one and the manager said “well its 25 cents extra per sauce” and i told her it shouldn’t be since i didn’t get the sauce that i had asked for originally and didn’t receive with the already placed and paid for order. Manager and employee both had bad attitudes and should not be treating customers that way. i worked fast food for a very long time, I understand keeping window times down as much as possible, but if you get an order wrong, don’t give the customer an attitude if they haven’t given you one already at least. The food itself was great but the customer service needs some improvement

Spent $86 on food & they gave us 6 sauces. Went to the counter to ask for more & was told I had to pay. The same employee who rung us out. I told him we only got 6 sauces and he immediately got mad, called a manager & said something smart to her as if we weren’t standing right there. I explained to the manager or whoever she was that we ordered 5 meals & 20 extra chicken strips & she said “& what meals were they?” So I recited my order back to her. Then refused to give extra sauce unless I paid. When someone spends $86 on chicken, 6 sauce’s isn’t enough. & I would have paid for it had the first employee not been rude just for asking. I always stop at a Zaxby’s when I travel and I’m starting to think it may be the actual company because I have yet to come across an employee who isn’t angry when they take my order.

Well is another fast food franchise. Chicken is the main one, however they make it worth with their own taste!!!. Honestly I thought it was like KFC or fill-a but it is different taste, prices are very reasonables and the waiting time is pretty quick. Their parkingot is limited but their drive tru is faster… Yeah I will be back for sure…

If I could give this place a zero I would. Horrible customer service, came in with a decent size party about a half hour before the dinning room closed. One of my travel companies wasn’t able to get to the register until after 8:00, which is apparently when they close their dinning room. They then told him to go through the drive through, we however were driving a 15 passenger van which wouldn’t fit through the drive through. After telling them this they still refused to that his order. Wouldn’t recommend at all.
