This location is often a toss up. I get what I mobile ordered maybe 50% of the time and today was not one those days. Still tastes decent but I’m getting tired of paying extra money for an order and getting something totally different. I get that food service is not a fun job but I just want my food bro.

There was only one other table of people besides the one we were at. After placing our order, we waited over 20 minutes and our name was never called. I finally went to the front. There was no one there for at least another 5 minutes. When they finally came out, the guy said they were talking in the back. As expensive as food is, and as well as these jobs pay in this day and age, that’s just unacceptable. When I worked in food service 30 years ago, we made a whopping $4.25 an hour and would’ve been fired in a second for that.

The manager had the nastiest attitude ever!! Absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! Say the less… I cancelled my order & got a refund, and went to the Zaxby’s @ the Pinnacle. #Pinnacle should definitely share best practices with exit 5 Zaxby’s!

Chicken tenders are usually super crispy and hot when I get them, and today was not the case, they looked like they had been sitting out and I got the last of the batch. And of course I’ve been calling since 412pm, and now my lunch is over, obviously can’t go back and wait for new, and or get a refund. I guess no one knows how to use a dang phone. At zaxbys.

I had a delicious grilled house salad! Had 2 pieces of buttered toast also! Staff was very nice and the place was clean and there wasn’t any loud music blaring. I was able to have a conversation without hollering!

Zaxbys is simply overpriced for what you get. The chicken was dry and bland while the fries were soggy. The fried pickles were also weirdly soggy which isn’t a usual thing here. You don’t get enough of those to justify the price. Throw in that I sat in curbside pickup for 30 minutes waiting and I’d not recommend it.

I went here a while back the first time i wanted boneless wings well i got rung up and paid for it all the cashier rung me up for traditional and the guy steven gave me old wings that made me really bad off sick and a i told Dustin that the wings tasted weird he apologized and fixed my order the second time after a while i figured i give it a second chance last week and got a salad there apperently forgot to put cheese on it and again Dustin came to me and asked if everything was good i said yes but i think they forgot the cheese which was fine. But i have seen alot of stuff and heard alot of stuff and i will never be back at all after the stuff i seen and heard about and to be honest yall dont deserve a 1 star at all.
