Wow….A district manager or whoever is in charge, needs to seriously whip the Lynchburg zaxby’s into shape. This is so disappointing. Paying $15 just to get a soggy sandwich drowned in sauce, a sprite when I ordered tea, and not one of the 4 side sauces that I ordered….the attitude of the workers at the intercom speaker should’ve been a big enough sign for me to drive off….as well as the employees NOT being in hygiene code, with ridiculous nails so long that she couldn’t even pick up my card off the table….I have always been a loyal zaxbys customer, but I will not be eating at this zaxbys location again.

I came here yesterday, ordered 20 wings, a chicken sandwich, a house salad & 2 funnel cakes, my two funnel cakes was hard as rocks, & there was no breading on my wings at all upset me completely especially since my order was 58 bucks, who ever cooking need to learn how to bread wings it not science!

I’m just right now. I’ve been eating Zacby for 15 years. This is the second time this has happened ro me at this Zaxbys. Where I give a special request like my wings cooked crispy and I ask for blue cheese. Last time the food was nasty. Thus time it good. They were nice and pleasant. The funnel cake was hard.

My group went in Zaxbys a little close to closing, but I recieved exceptional service from a young lady who I believe said her name was Kiera. Kiera put up with my groups antics and remained professional throughout the whole ordeal. She was knowledgeable when asked about menu items, which is greatly appreciated, seeing as it was one of my friends first time there. My wings came out drier than a popeyes biscuit; Kiera immediately noticed and provided extra sauce. There is no way I could go without publicly recognizing the service I recieved, it was truly appreciated!

i got my food delivered to me. i got the the zaxbys chicken sandwich that has the 3 chicken tenders, they were smaller than the bread it comes on. I got a drink and it was 80 percent filled up with ice. the food doesn’t have a flavor it’s just plain honestly.

My neice went there on Friday Dec 23 and ordered the fried Chicken sandwich. But Saturday morning, she was sick as a dog. The chicken was bad. She said it tasted fine, but her Christmas Eve was ruined because she was throwing up and had diarrhea. I want to know what YOU are going to do about it. It has been reported to the Food and Health department
