Very tasty and high quality produce used in this franchise. I’d say is significantly more costly than other fast food chains, although it is worth it. Service is currently a little slow. Staff was asking virtually every drive through costumer to park and wait for the order to be delivered to the car. We waited for around 5 minutes which is not bad, but I was surprised to see so many cars having to wait. The chicken is juicy and delicious. It has a wide selection of meals. Totally recommended.

The level of service drastically deteriorates as the day progresses. If you go through the drive thru especially in the evening be aware they will most likely get your order wrong and be unapologetic about it. The food is what you’d expect from zaxby’s but the service could be better. While in the drive thru I was overcharged for an item I did not order and simply wanted a correction/refund while I was waiting. While the employee who made the mistake apologized her coworkers laughed at her and the situation. She said she would correct my order. Then some individual pretty much forced me to choose between a cookie or some fries to make up the difference because they did not want to refund/correct my order at the window. Okay food and mediocre service make of it what you will.

Although I’ve always liked their milkshakes, I didn’t used to like Zaxby’s food in the past, but tonight I became a fan. I had the Cobb salad with fried chicken, chicken which was great, and the salad helped alleviate my former complaint: that the food seemed to be the same chicken strips dressed up slightly different. I love salads and the texas toast with it was a nice treat. I guess I finally found my favorite way to eat Zaxby’s chicken. And the friendly staff even brought my meal to the table!
