I had a large order, and I tried several times to use the app. When that didn’t work I went to the restaurant. Ok, so I immediately tell the employee about my large order. He does, pretty good at entering the order, but he automatically just assumes it’s either just a sandwich and not a meal. Then, he assumes they’re all going to be regular size, and as he takes each order, he places the cups on the counter. Now, when I tell him they’re all lg drinks, he throws those other cups away. Which is good and bad. Had he waited until I had finished that individual order, he could have saved the company money. Anyway, I get home only to discover they had left some items out. I had to drive 10 miles back to get it. Not happy.

Thank you Zaxby’s in Walkertown for being on the ball tonight. Your competition no longer serves strips, so you’re on top! Staff was polite and fast, the app worked great, and the personal delivery after 9:00 pm because the front was closed was fantastic. Busy night. As you can see, the 20 piece family strip meal was fantastic!

I’ve gone thru the drive thru window twice this week and had to wait. Tonight we placed an order for the signature chicken sandwich combo at 9:04, the food was brought out at 9:28. 24 minutes for one chicken sandwich, while the other food was getting cold.
