July 8th went through drive thru and got chicken strips. Lady taking the order was rude. She acted like I interrupted socializing. Wasn’t asked what sauce I wanted. Had to pay extra to get the sauce I did want. Service has gone down here.

As always, tasty food and quick service at the drive thru. The only small negative detail was that we asked for the 5 finger plate, and we were given only 4, but charged for 5. We didn’t notice until we got home and didn’t want to drive all the way back.

ghetto and a hot mess. 9:20pm, friday, may 5th. waited at drive thru for 10 mins looking stupid. employees are all outside smoking and talking. when the store closes at 10pm, supposedly. I guess they felt the need to close early on their time. never again. Why is customer service so abhorrent these days ? No one cares about their job. it’s sad. Yet another fast food place crossed off my list due to ghetto employees who do what they want.

(Drive thru) Literally wasn’t busy at all and they forgot one out of the 3 meals I ordered (which they thoughti was lyingabout ), they forgot I said no ice in my drink and my substitute sauce since I’m not a fan of the zaxby sauce. All this n im still friendly and smiling just to get home and have mold the bread which they but face down touching all my food to hide it. Definitely not going back.

Terrible service. We where waiting for 15 minted and our order never came out, the cashier didn’t give us a receipt, my husband got upset and requested a refund. The manager refused and was giving us a hard time, because we didn’t have receipt; my husband had to pull his transaction history from his account to get the refund. Also the young ladies were at on their phones instead of paying attention to their job; when I pointed out this to the manager, she said “ that’s not necessary ma’am”.THEN MAKE STAFF DO THEIR JOB, INSTEAD OF COVERING THEM! What happen with young people who don’t want to put any effort in their jobs! We will never come back, please change all-your staff, including the manager. Hire people who really want to do their job well!

The zaxby experience would have been great BUT, my vinaigrette dressing was missing from the bag. (Don’t you hate driving home ready for that taste and something is messing from the bag ???. Its like the whole experience is ruined). I had vinaigrette at home but it wasn’t Zaxby’s which altered the taste of my salad. Sometimes the small thing’s count. So…make sure you check your bag before driving off.

They gave the wrong side, and cold food soaked in puddle of grease after very slow service. Was missing dressing for salad and dipping sauce for side. Went back for refund, as the food just so gross. Gave me attitude for their mistake. They said, “I shouldn’t of picked up the wrong order” when I used the drive through. Horrible staff. Only thing I’m glad about is never going back again.
