I had ordered a meal size order of mozzarella bites and when I got home with my order there was only a snack size order and was charged for meal size. The guy at the front kept disappearing and wouldn’t take people’s orders, they are very slack at this location, next time I will go somewhere else

this place is amazing per usual, this is one of the cleanest zaxbys i have been too. although the service wasn’t as fast, but that is understandable with a lot of places being short staffed. my food was amazing, everything i asked for an more. the cashier who took my order was very friendly an definitely had a great attitude, will be visiting again.

2nd time ordering from here……. waited a combined 45 minutes for a big zax snap placed on a mobile order both times. Watching people who ordered after I arrived receive their food. . My go to location in whitsett will continue to get my business, this one…… only because my daughter likes it.

Ordered Cobb salad and tea at drive thru. Service was fast but salad wasn’t good at all. Cucumbers were old & soggy. Definitely not a fresh salad. It looked like it had been sitting out over night or longer then it should have been. Very disappointed in this Zaxby’s.

Went to drive thru on the night 06/05 around 8:30 placed a order of about $21 when we got the order the food was extremely cold fries and chicken tender when we asked for a refund the manager took another 15 minutes to come to the window instead of giving us our refund he said he had to call the general manager what supervisor it manager runs a business and is not authorized to give $21 back poor customer service and really cold food no exceptions with the food prices as high as they are good should be hot and ready at all times. Slowest service I’ve ever had at a ZAXBY’S our loaded fries weren’t even hot enough to melt the cheese. Not to mention the one line of ranch that was barely an inch long. Won’t go back to this one which is sad under original manager it was a great place

This place is terrible. Every time we come they make us wait at least 20-30 minutes, even when we are the only people there. You can look back into the kitchen and see no one back there making food. I go to the bathroom and workers are sitting on top of the sink on their phone. They see me standing there waiting for our food and continue to goof off, make paper air planes, and gossip their personal lives where everyone can hear it. Not to mention the crew being rude. When our food had finished, the cashier said “I’m not gonna tell them it’s ready they can come get” sorry but that’s very rude. And ontop of all that, they had us wait that long, only to give us old, cold food. The chicken breast was so dried out it felt like chewing rubber. And they didnt even complete our order and give us everything we ordered. If I could, I would give this place 0 star.
