I used to love Zaxbys but after the last few times I have been very disappointed. I normally get the boneless wing meal with sweet and spicy sauce but when I opened my box I saw that there was absolutely no sauce on my wings. I also get a diet soda with my meal and the last few times I have gone the soda was out and it did not taste good. I am very upset because this used to be my favorite place. Very disappointed.

So apparently this is the new signature club sandwich that they have supposed to have bacon on it, cheese, and pickles. Now for granted I had asked for the pickles on the side and when I get home and I open up my plate this is what I see and I upsized everything to get a large fry and a large drink I got the large drink I got a regular serving size of fries they didn’t put bacon or cheese on my sandwich and the last time I got one of these they did the spicy Zaxby’s sauce instead of the regular…. This makes the third time my order was not right at the time of school location and this is the first time of me writing a review!!! And the basket of toast this go around had so much garlic in it I couldn’t eat it The butter was saturating the bread like grease and I just couldn’t deal with that much garlic and butter soaking in the bread I even waited 15 minutes till I got home before I finished the piece that I took a couple bites of and it made me so sick because it was so heavy with butter. And wayyy to much garlic.

Did not even deserve a 1 star rating. Got a Big Zak snak meal & everything on the plate was cold. Being that I was on my lunch break I didn’t have time to go back so I called to make the complaint & the lady was very unconcerned & got me off the telephone quickly. This was extremely pitiful & I’m very upset that I’ve just paid for a meal that I’m not going to eat. Do not recommend going here.

The food was TERRIBLE!!! Spent $40 for the family to eat and throwing away over half of it away!!! Gave me old wings and when I asked for fresh ones they brought me more of the sane in about 3 minutes (not even warm)!!!

I’ve always been pleased with Zaxby’s food , but this time in highly disappointed. I don’t know why they call this an Asian salad unless it’s because it has 1 very small egg roll in it. It’s consists of lettuce , Cole slaw and chicken. Really ? What makes this a good salad oh yeah and the little fried noodles was underneath the wet Cole slaw. I won’t be getting this EVER AGAIN !!!
