When I arrived at this location I didn’t realize they were about to close. However, Jalisa , told me that if I didn’t mind waiting she would drop fresh wings and my food would be ready in 10 minutes. She was extremely nice and courteous. Most other establishments would have said sorry we’re about to close and could not help me. I appreciate customer service and Jalisa takes pride in providing top rated customer service. Thank you!!

Food was fresh BUT the service left a lot to be desired! FIRST the cashier was too busy on his phone to even acknowledge me waiting at the counter. After placing my order I waited more than 15 minutes to have the cashier walk past me and my order in the pass window, because he was still on his phone. When I checked my order it wasn’t correct and when I informed the cashier the manager said he had “given” me extra fries because of the wait as if I should be happy with it instead of the extra toast I ordered! Not a good experience!

Soft drink had many selections empty on a very slow Sunday pm. Order did not have the sauce I requested. Fries were cold. Had to go to counter 3 times to get a simple order correct.

This Zaxbys is in a good location, it’s pretty busy during lunch time. The food is always hot and fresh. I had the Buffalo chicken salad and we also ordered the wings and things. Traditional bone in.

On 3/1/2023 I received the worst customer service from Zaxby’s. I didn’t receive all the food from my order, and when called back to make them aware of the wrong order, the employee hung up on me. Management did not meet my expectations of customer service, and created friction about getting replacement service. I made them aware if they don’t fix my consumers experience within 24 hours I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.
