Very clean and bright atmosphere. Service and food were great. I attempted to pay for a Police Officer who was in line and learned Police eat free at Zaxby’s. That is amazing!! More companies should step up and care for those that risk their lives for the rest of us. I was very impressed! Go Zaxby’s!!

Caught it at a good time. Not to busy service was quick and food was fresh. Saw the manager pitching in. I love when the manager helps. Everyone was really freindly.

A good, average place to eat. Food was served in a to-go bag Styrofoam container, and plastic utensils. All the trappings of an average McDonald’s.or an average Burger King. Most places have returned to their pre-COVID routines as we know more about housekeeping, and food prep with COVID still around. Disappointing to see these shortcomings at a store so many used to love. Was not impressed with the fact that I could not use the APP inside, and 2 cashiers were as clueless as me. Seems you have to order for pickup/curbside only, for the APP. So that is another meal that I get no rewards for, and I have money sitting in a Zaxby’s bank account that I get no credit for. The woman at the booth beside mine had to request someone to clean her sticky table. While my table was not clean,I decided to just cover up with napkins, enjoy my meal, and test the APP. Someone at Zaxby’s may want to try that some time!

Stopped here for dinner on Saturday night. Service was fast, friendly and professional. The reasturant was clean. The food was not as good as it is at most Zaxby’s. I got one of the new chicken sandwiches and the chicken was dry and overcooked. The french fries were mangled and all small pieces. Maybe just an off night.
