Anytime I ever came back to this location it was always a mess, unsanitary and a contradictory to the days when I used to work for Zaxbys, almost every employee I ever came across had an attitude, so to this location I say good riddance because it didn’t deserve to be a Zaxby’s in the first place.

Good food as always. Lady working drive thru could be much friendlier. Also got charged 25cents for a zaxbys sauce even though I ordered a meal and had no sauce. Maybe you HAVE to order chicken fingers to get a free sauce??? Love Zaxbys and most employees are usually very nice and courteous and seem to care (not today).

This was my very first time visiting this location. From the time I stepped foot in the restaurant I was greeted. Throughout my entire visit every employee was pleasant and accommodating. They offered to chill my second zalad while I dined in. The food was delicious and the service was equally as great!

9/2/19 was the first time I eat at this location. I ordered chicken wings and chicken tenders and some kind if cheese nuggets. The chicken was very tasty, and I thing I will return for more food. I think I will try something else the next time I visit.

Though the drive -thru had a long line (due to Covid) it moved along very quickly. But the highlight was the Grilled Cheese sandwich. IT WAS AMAZINGGG!! I had no idea. Someone told me about it so I had to go check it out. I will be visiting more!!!

My first time eating their food and I enjoyed it. The staff was professional and fast. I was really impressed with the clean lobby due too the fact everyone I seen working was under the age of 25. But everyone working as a team and their uniforms clean and neat. I would recommend this location. I am new to North Carolina and I don’t live in that area but would drive the 35 minutes again to eat there.

The guy at the register was sitting in a chair taking orders and was very rude! The guy couldn’t even stick his cheese ball arms out to hand me my receipt, with the amount of effort he took to take my order I would have been better off going back there and cooking my meal myself, if your gunna have someone like this at your register maybe install the stations where customers can order their own food
