The manager rudely accused us of eating the salad he made us return. We did not eat it! It wilted in the fridge since it had dressing on it. He required we return it the next day to get it remade. He intentionally made it wrong again, missing half the ingredients. We ordered a Asian Zinsation salad and were given the wrong dressing without being told they ran out of the correct dressing. They replaced it with lite dressing. After contacting corporate and being told we would be contacted in 24 hrs to resolve the problem, they never called. I’m not shocked he was very rude.

The service was not good. We had to ask for zax sauce even tho we ordered it. Got home just to realize they didn’t give me Lite Vinaigrette but gave me ranch dressing instead we did not order ranch dressing. They gave us Sweet and spicy sauce that we didn’t ask for and didn’t give us Teriyaki hot honey sauce.

I gave a one star because I waited in line 10 mins before getting to the speaker to order my food, then I get to the window and wait 5 more mins for soggy fries and greasy tenders. I’m truly upset because I waited at the window while she prepared two other people orders and then I waited for a lousy kiddie finger. I only I had a kids meal nothing else. I basically sat there burning time because they needed to catch up on orders. At least my food could’ve been fresh.

After sitting in line patiently while the person in front ordered $40 in food they still went out of their way to give me old and cold fries. I got the nibblerz combo as usual decent food at best with cold fries threw away half my meal love wasting money in these tough times but God forbid I did any of these people the same way would be the end of the world officially done with zaxbys unless I get an apology and a meal replacement.

Everytime I go to this Zaxby’s, either the service is slow or my food is wrong. It’s unfortunate because the food is actually quite good and hot…if only the good, hot food I got was actually what I ordered. As someone that’s worked as an employee at a fast food establishment, it’s okay to mess up and make mistakes every now and then but when you’re constantly making mistakes? That is unacceptable. I could not even get a refund half of the time so I lost a lot of money over time. Just cut your losses and go to another Zaxby’s or food chain in general.

Had to wait before order taken at drive-thru. Clerk was fairly nice. Didn’t appreciate being given a cup with soda all over it and then given a clump of napkins to wipe it down. Do it yourself! I responded to a kind send-off, but that was made awkward because the person wasn’t really listening to me. Let’s try this again…

Love Zaxby’s, but the last three times we ordered from this location, the order has been messed up. This last time – the order was messed up twice – the second time we went back in and found out we got shorted on family order. Not wasting any more time or money here.
